Villa vacation rentals in South Venice

Irina was very tennitive to all the issues like pool care and services for the property. we were very satisfied with everything! she definitely takes pride and care of this home. She provided just about everything we need including Beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, sunscreen and sand bucket for the kids. I met the neighbor across the road who helps her maintain the lawn, garbage cans, and recycling. he was very kind and friendly. Even though it was very hot as August is there, we definitely would stay there again! Thank you again Irina for having us, we appreciate all you provided for the best Airbnb experience! 5 stars all the way! 🏅

Very useful for elderly dad that uses a walker and cane. Clean, clean, clean!!! Roomie like I needed it to be. I was amazed at the supplied extra activities you can do like: bikes- all sizes, beach chairs, beach/swimming towels, Floaties and goggles for the pool, golf clubs with a golf course behind it, and much more! Their response time to questions was immediately and Airbnb notified you what time they received your message like for example, when they would be sleeping their time, to give them time to respond. Me and my Husband was grateful to be able to stay here, even though we had extra bedrooms that wasn’t filled by our family members, we would stay here again!!! Blessings to this group and a little “tweak”, this would be the ultimate place to stay for your elderly parents- that most places don’t accommodate for at all, and for the whole family. Travel from California to Florida with elderly Dad, you made my life happier

Great stay and host! Ina was more than accommodating when asked if we could check in early. Very quick to response to all messages. The house was clean, nicely decorated and came with everything you would need and more! Would definitely stay there again!

Great space and great experience, from booking to checkout. The house was a perfect base for our SWFL vacation. Plenty of room for my large family, great pool, and tons of games/activities for the kids made this a very popular stay.

Beautiful place! A week vacation to visit family in North Port. I thought was curious about the pool at first since it wasn't heated when I got there, but it was heated the balance of the stay which my brothers kids loved when they came over! Peaceful, close to everything and beautifully decorated. Shampoo, body wash etc was included. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was great for our family! Close to multiple beaches. The house was well stocked, the host was very responsive. The pool was great, there is a fire pit as well. The pictures describe this place well! If we stay in Sarasota again we would definitely book here.

Very nice, spacious home. All amenities we needed were available. Kids enjoyed the pool & shuffleboard table. Beach is only a few minutes away as well as a grocery store & nice marina. Most everything you would want in a beach resort. Kevin was a very nice, responsive host.

Thank you for sharing your lovely home. The view is breathtaking! We especially enjoyed watching the boats coming and going through the pass and the dolphin and manatee swim by. The location is perfect for a quick trip to Hudson’s grocery, the beach for shelling, or area restaurants by land or boat. Hope to visit again soon!🌴🐬

We loved our stay in this beautiful new condo. The hosts were very responsive and created a welcoming environment. This was a wonderful place for our family vacation.

The home was so clean and had lots of space and sunlight. The pool was clean and well kept. The grounds were great and had most everything needed for the beach. Wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

We loved the house- plenty of room for our whole family. Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms. The pool and lanai were larger than most rental houses.

Immaculate and beautifully apportioned home - instantly our family felt relaxed. The property provides everything you need and more! A home from home feeling for sure. Our hosts were so very responsive to any questions and made us feel so welcome. We would highly recommend a stay - you will love the holiday vibe.

The Port Charlotte home has a charming view of a small lake from the enclosed screen area surrounding the pool. It was a nice place to sit and read, and see various birds, including pelicans and flocks of cormorants (I believe). Two things to mention: There is an additional charge of $25 per day to heat the pool, payable directly to the owners. We understand that other owners do this as well but seems a bit strange. The suggested payment mechanisms are not available to non-US residents. The cooktop is an induction model; those not familiar with this type of appliance may wish to look it up in advance since there are no instructions for the rather obscure icons. There were some inconsistencies between the long pre-stay messages on rules and those in the on-site book.

The house looks just like it does in the pictures. It was beautiful and very clean. It was a great place to stay for week and we would recommend it to anyone. We had no issues.

Given the circumstances, the house and its amenities were more than adequate. Very clean and well-stocked (especially the kitchen items and towels). This was not a vacation. We were dealing with the aftermath of Hurricane Ian that damaged our family home and the sudden death of our mother. This also affected our stay Rotunda West due to the damage repair to the neighborhood and the lack of street signs because they were blown over. A GPS is very helpful in this neighborhood. Aside from being almost 30 minutes from town, we were very comfortable at the location. The owner sent us emails to alert us when people were coming to spray for bugs or look at the roof damage. The people that were the contact folks were responsive.

Colleen’s place was just as advertised and fit our group of 7 adults comfortably! She was great at communicating and responding immediately. Colleen was very accommodating throughout our stay. When she was made aware of a broken beach chair, she had 2 more mailed to the house that week! Her place has everything you need especially when traveling from afar; beach chairs, cooler, wagon, etc. There are multiple good places to eat and get drinks as well as convenience stores close by. Other shops and entertainment are a quick drive or Trolley ride. Would highly recommend her place!

This is a fabulous place to stay in Northwest Florida. It is well furnished, and appointed and may be one of the cleanest of Airbnb property we have ever stayed in.Not a speck of dust in the house or in the screened-in pool area. The home looks freshly renovated in a comfortable contemporary style with a full kitchen two bathrooms and a laundry room. The kitchen and bathrooms are fresh and well accessorized. The screened in patio with a pool backed up to a private forested area . Unfortunately the weather was a bit too cool during our stay over Christmas to take a dip, but it was tempting. Though the house is close to shopping and dining, it has a very secluded feel. From our bedroom window, all we could see was nature. The sound of birds surrounded the property. Sabina, our hostess, was extremely kind and helpful!
