* Due to recent hurricanes, Manasota Key sustained heavy damage. Our property had minor damages (being on stilts), but repairs have been completed. We are excited to be renting again! Businesses and home owners are working hard to recover and rebuild. Things are constantly changing on the island, with various closures. What is mentioned or pictured in our listening is not accurate due to the constant changes. We will do our best to keep our guests up to date. Manasota Beach is open!

10/10 Absolutely loved Dave’s place! Honestly the best stocked out house we’ve ever stayed in. house was clean and functional. It was great for our 3 family group of 12. (6 kids & 6 adults) We easily fit 2 boats (22ft bay boat & 25 ft offshore boat) on the seawall at Dave’s house. The outdoor living spaces were the best. We spent the majority of our 6 days outside on the pool deck. The pool was great, we all thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Dave was super quick to answer any questions and resolve a little issue we had. The beds were cozy. Plenty of bathrooms which was great since we had 12 people in our group. Huge island in the kitchen, and plenty of places to sit and eat. It was very comfortable even with so many people. You can’t beat the location. Just a few minutes to Stumps Pass by boat. A little bit longer you can be to LGI or Cayo Costa. We would absolutely rent Dave’s place again

Beautiful home with so many extras. Kayaks, coffee, shampoo. All the little things you may have forgotten until you can get to the store just a few minutes away. The canal was the best part of our stay! We saw jumping fish and manatees from the kitchen window! Host was extremely responsive and the Ripley Museum near by was perfect for a rain day and free on Mondays.

I can’t say enough for how great of an air bnb this was. Literally had everything we needed. All the extras- soap, shampoo, tp, paper towels, towels ect. Laundry facility. Nice grill and outdoor fire pit. This air bnb had kayaks, bikes, beach gear in wonderful condition that was available for use- it really was a HUGE bonus. Place was extremely clean. Beds were super comfortable. Was truly one of the best air bnbs I have ever stayed in. Top notch property to say the least! Thanks for hosting us! We WILL be back!

This home was a great value and convenient for us to visit family and also escape to the beach. The kitchen was very good for cooking. We enjoyed the home very much, although the northern exposure of the living spaces meant no sun on the wonderful decks in November so we didn’t want to use them. I’m sure in summer guests would love this but with the cool temperatures in the morning we didn’t use the decks. We appreciated the desks in two different places for studying and working.

From first communication to last , it was a wonderful trip and overall experience. Rachael was great at providing recommendations. House was amazing..we enjoyed many lazy days by the pool. 45-50 mins from Fort Myers and Sanibel ....would absolutely stay again!!! if I could give 6 stars for the whole experience, i absolutely would. Tom and Rachael, thank you again for a truly memorable trip ! Kids cannot stop talking about when we are coming back!

Our stay was wonderful! The house was exactly as described, Viktoria and Vadim communicated early and often, giving us clear instructions and making sure we had everything we needed. The house was perfect for my family and was very clean. My son even left a personal item behind after we departed and Viktoria called me to say she found it and offered to mail it to us. Very very helpful! Would definitely recommend!

Loved this casita . 3 women , 2 day scape to celebrate our April Birthdays . Super cozy , beautifully decorated , confortable beds nice back yard . great location not far from a great beach to walk and watch amazing sunsets was also very close to downtown Venice , loved all charming restaurants shops and people watching . Naomi was super attentive , answer all questions and gave us great restaurant suggestions . Thank you for all your hospitality .
