Monthly Rentals in South Tampa

The place was as described, even nicer. Very clean and had everything one needs. Nice, welcoming backyard setting and very quiet. I didn't get to meet Leslee but she was very responsive and checked in during my stay. I would recommend this detached, guest suite. (I didn't get to meet the neighbor's cat either :( maybe next time.)

We loved Janine’s place & the bed was quite comfortable. The AC worked well and when placing it in silent mode it was perfect for our needs. Janine communicated with us on our check in and gave us ample recommendations around the area. Anything we needed she was able to provide and was always available for our stay. We rented a car and were able to garage the vehicle inside the apartment which was a great touch. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great long weekend at Jennifer’s place. Her local recommendations were super helpful. Entry was easy and the place was lovely. It was perfect for 4 days by myself for a work & fun trip.

We really enjoyed our stay so much we are coming back. Such a cute and comfortable place and just as you see in the pics!! Highly recommend!
