Kid-friendly vacation rentals in South Tampa

Very responsive host. House was exactly as pictured and provided a comfortable stay for me and my kids. Would stay on her property again!

We had a great restful weekend. Cute place with everything that you needed right at your finger tips. Great hot shower. Comfortable space.

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

The house is beautiful with a lot of things for the family to do. I have toddlers and they had a blast playing with the toys. The adults were able to relax as well! The only complaint is the 2 king beds, and the queen bed are extremely firm. The host was very helpful, answering any and all questions.

Thanks for letting us stay! Loved the outdoor space especially. Comfortable home.

Great place for our family and our visit to Busch Gardens. We loved the game room and especially the foosball. Everything in the house was updated and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was great. We will definitely come back if available.

We didn’t get a chance to actually stay at Sangsang’s place due to hurricane Milton. But the process of cancelling was so simple during such a stressful time. She took care of everything with swiftness and was so kind! We will definitely come back and stay here! Thanks for taking care of us!

We had so much fun in Tampa for the Women’s Final Four. Anna’s place was a great location. Easy walk to Amalie Arena. Never had any issues. Great safe neighborhood. Quiet apartment! If we go back we would definitely stay again!!!

Wonderful stay at Gwen and Ricks! We were welcomed with fresh flowers in several rooms, and croissants for the morning to go with coffee out on the front porch. The cottage is clean and cozy and very homey. The kitchen is outstanding due to being well stocked with nice pans and utensils! One of the best we've experienced. We had the opportunity to meet Rick and he was SO nice! Gwen took great care of us and even had chocolate kisses for us. We would definitely stay at their place again next time we are in St Petes! It's a great location too! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

We had a great stay at Monica’s! The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed the snacks she left for us. We were glad to have the washer and dryer!

John was fantastic! So friendly and helpful! The apartment was very cozy and comfortable! He had the a/c going when I arrived which I really appreciated! Super quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Would definitely stay again when I’m in town visiting my daughter and granddaughter!

This place was very nice. It had everything you could need while down there. It felt and looked clean. The view was stunning overlooking the bay, especially for sunsets. The location is not far from the airport or downtown Tampa and then if you want to go to a beach, Clearwater and St Pete isn’t too far of a drive either. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A perfect place to stay outside of the city. It was cozy, very clean, secure and quiet. I enjoyed the pool and friendly staff.

Rosana had all the amenities we needed like a small cooler, ice maker, sun block etc. She's a thoughtful host. We LOVED the sunsets from the balcony!
