Monthly Rentals in South Sarasota

I stayed in one of Sharon’s units for 3 mounts during my travel contract and it was the best place I’ve stayed in by far in my travel journey. Super clean, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors also close to all the stores. Will definitely stay here again in the future!!

This stylish condo IS stylish ! And very comfortable, clean, pleasant, and spacious. We especially enjoyed all the natural light, comfortable furniture, beds, and linens. The decor is very pretty and pleasing. There is a lovely spacious balcony Florida room / lanai which we didn’t use - guess it being January with some cooler weather. Also didn’t use the pool but it looks clean and inviting. Did enjoy driving to nearby beaches for walks, also walked many times to Red Bug Slough park only 1/2 mile away. The condo is very quiet and we felt safe at all times. Had a couple minor plumbing issues which Jessica resolved immediately. Kitchen is well equipped for eating at home. We loved our stay - enjoying a break from northern winter and highly recommend this condo to anyone.

We had a very nice stay at Julia's place. Yes, the bathroom is small and can only be poorly ventilated, but it had everything you needed and was very clean! The place itself is completely sufficient for two people. Even if you live out of your suitcase, you can easily put two suitcases open next to each other on the floor. We felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

La Casetta was perfect for our stay in Sarasota! Elena and Judd were super friendly and gave us a few good tips on places to check out. We ventured to Tampa, Anna Maria Island, and many other close beaches during the week. We would definitely recommend staying here!!
