House vacation rentals in South Padre Island

Great place for a SPI family vacation. Perfect space for my family of four and sister-in-law’s family of four to get together for beach fun

Nice home just a few miles from the island. Well thought out and clean space. Coffee station was great! Safe yard for dogs to play in. Love that laundry was accessible and cleaning items, I am one that likes to clean as we stay. Had a question for the host and she responded super fast. As someone who only lives a few towns over, I will keep this home on my favorites for our island staycation needs.

Wish there was more insulation to keep the highway noise out but that’s not really anything he can control and the traffic does die down decently at night they just start pretty early

Frank was a fantastic host. Very kind, always responsive, and his place was perfect! We caught lots of fish off the deck, and saw multiple blue crabs running everywhere! We will definitely be staying again! Thanks Frank!

Austin was very responsive and flexible, and very nice. This place was well worth it. We had a sisters trip and we had the best time. We loved how comfortable everything was and the pool was so perfect. Will recommend to anyone. Thank you!

This place is a gem. We docked our boat right outside and came and went as we pleased. Nicely maintained property, very clean and updated. The Host was quick to respond to any messages sent. We will be back!

Candice was a great host. She was very responsive and nice to work with. The location was nicely located near the beach and great restaurants like F&B. Overall a nice sized place to spend a long weekend in SPI.

This was a really great stay for our family. Very spacious and clean house. The house is located just walking distance to all things South Padre Island. Host was always prompt to respond and communicates very well. We definitely recommend this Airbnb location !

This has got to be the most beautiful home I’ve stayed in so far with my use of Air B&B. Our family loved it and I cannot wait to visit again! We had trouble getting in the first night due to an issue with the keypad, but Evan answered the phone immediately and had a way for us to get in. He had the issue corrected early the next day. As a side note, I was quite impressed that he didn’t use the cheapest toilet paper in each bathroom like most places do.

Albert's & Ana's place is excellent, especially for a large family/group. It is spacious and very neat. Excellent location and everything is within walking distance. Both Albert and Ana are great hosts and made us feel right at home.

Neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. Really close to shopping and dining. Less than 10 minute drive and you are on SP Island. Mattresses in the main bedroom are very comfortable. We maxed out the capacity with seven people. There were some minor broken things that we felt we had to mention, just so we would not be blamed. The main thing to note is that this is a manufactured home, it is a bit run-down like spots in the floor that sag, some windows don’t open, some broken exterior siding. Overall though, the capacity & location is its winning point. Host is really communicative.

the pool on the water with the golf course across the way was so peaceful to sit out there and there's like a shaded overhang on the house with a Chase lounges are. very beautiful area. and g a g i and his wife d a n i where super nice. they greeted me and showed me around and were very helpful when I had questions. beautiful home. with absolutely everything you need. you never have to leave if you don't want to. HEB delivers groceries! the pool is beautiful

Booked this spot for a friend’s birthday getaway trip and couldn’t be more pleased! The place looked like the photos, was very clean and convenient, and the hosts were very friendly. The house is in a great location with only a short walk leading to a great area on the beach! Thankful to the hosts for having us, it was great!

Clint's home was by far the most beautiful I've ever stayed in for vacation. Even before I bit the bullet and booked, the host was so helpful and quick in responding to my inquiries regarding the rental. Ultimately, it was his form of communication that put me enough at ease to make the perfect decision. Every single one of my guests was floored with the location, privacy, amenities, cleanliness, views, ease of fishing! I think it's safe to say that not a ton of AirBnB's in the area invest heavily into upgrades, as the location tends to be enough to garner bookings. My party of 8 booked for a weekend in late October and were able to host an intimate event for my boyfriend's 33rd. This included fishing from the private dock, easy access to SPI's restaurants, perfect views of SpaceX! Not all of my guests were able to spend the night, but the bedroom setup would have been perfect for everyone to sleep comfortably. Clint stayed in touch throughout my stay. Ready to book again. 10/10.

Great little house, everything was super clean and just as pictured. Pool/yard was well maintained. Had everything you would need for beach as well. One thing I didn’t realize was that the “private entrance” to the upstairs bedroom was actually the only entrance for that room. So for safety reasons (with kids) we couldn’t really use it as it was cut off from the rest of the house.

Fantastic get away for our family. Everything was perfect and we had Everything you could think of. Well thought out. Comfortable beds, beautiful views. gorgeous pool area.

We loved the place, it felt like home. Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would stay again in this place next summer!
