Great place to stay, lots room to move around , very clean Great location to beach and restaurants.

This condo was exactly as presented. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked adequately with dishes, cook ware and utensils. The beach is a short walk away and the channel is about 100 steps from the door of the condo. Any questions or concerns were answered in a timely manner. The only con is the refridgerator was quite loud. We would recommend this place.

William was extremely nice and responsive if we had questions! The unit was really clean and felt comfortable! The bed was really comfortable, as well as the pillows! We will definitely be booking again!

This ground floor, adorable spot with easy parking and super lovely short walk to beach was a delight. We hope to be back! Clean pleasant and homey. Easy parking for a rented golf cart and extra spots for vehicle, lovely pool and porch. Responsive friendly host and ease of access to all of the town and shore!

Amazing place to stay. Extremely clean and just as described/photos. Very short walk to a peaceful beach that wasn't crowded at all. Sheldon was proactive and helpful in making sure we got checked in easily and left very helpful instructions. Pet Friendly & priced right!

Wonderful location! Right on the beach. Ocean view from the patio. Walking distance (on the beach!!) to aquarium, USS Lexington, restaurants.

The hosts were responsive and left great directions. it was a wonderful experience, close to the beach and resteraunts, and just down the street from the best Laredo Taco Company in Texas. We will be back.

We definitely enjoyed our stay! We even wanted to stay another night but the price was a lil too high. I wish they had a KEURIG with coffee pods, creamer and sweetener. I would love to come back some day. Thank you for a great thanksgiving trip.

This is an older home that has lots of cool architectural details. The kitchen had great appliances and was well equipped. It was an easy walk to Cole Park and a few restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again when back in the area.

Awesome place to stay!! The house was clean and clutter free. Perfect for our large group. The location is great for a stroll to the beach or short car ride. The bikes were a big plus! Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Would definitely return to this beauty for another stay. Sandra is very responsive and kind.

This was the perfect place to stay for a week — close enough to the beach to walk (or drive our truck for some surf fishing)! Everything was clean and spacious for our party of four. We'll be back in the future!

Visited in October 2024 with my wife and kids and had an absolute blast. Beautifully decorated on the inside, cute back yard/patio. Appliances all work as advertised. A working TV in almost every room. Totally worth it. Will return!

Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! My family and I had an incredible stay at Jacob and Kaylee’s place! The home was spotless and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—close to the beach, yet still quiet and relaxing. Jacob and Kaylee were outstanding hosts, providing clear communication from the start and even offering great local recommendations. The check-in process was so easy made us feel so welcome. My family, friends and myself said we would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-maintained, and welcoming place to stay in Corpus Christi!

I’ve been visiting Port Aransas and Mustang Island for years, and I have to say, this has been the best place I’ve ever stayed at! The location is wonderful and away from the crowds, but easy access into Port A for restaurants/shopping. The views are phenomenal and the boardwalk access to the beach was top notch. I loved that there was 24/7 front desk access (even though we didn’t need it). There are even chairs and lounges available to guests! Pool was great and refreshing. 10/10, I have this place saved and will definitely book again.

I had a wonderful stay at Jenny's Peach Beach House. The beach and many other attractions and restaurants were conveniently close. I would happily stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Nathan was a great host. He responded to questions about goft cart paths, restaurants and he was quick on replacing batteries for fan.

Much better than staying at a hotel on the beach! Spacious washer and dryer for all of our beach clothes and towels. Super quiet. Any outside noise stayed outside. Beds were comfortable and plenty of room for 2 adults and 7 kids. Nice hot showers and clean bathrooms. Living space was comfortable and clean. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Would recommend.

This was a great location for exploring the National seashore. Gilbert’s place (Casa Christi 1) was clean and spacious with ample room for our family to spread out and be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and included a dishwasher, an air fryer, and a crock pot. We had fun playing the old Atari video arcade games and board games in the game room. We appreciated the beach-themed decor. We enjoyed the many nearby attractions in the Corpus Christi area (eg, aquarium, sea life center, USS Lexington, beach, and South Texas botanical garden.

Really enjoyed our two week stay. Wished we had booked it for longer as it was a very nice place. Things we really enjoyed was the short 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the sports bar Hard Knocks. Everything was as described and Laura was very proactive as we had trouble with the deck door lock and she drove over that evening and assisted us in locking the door. She was very polite and gave us great dining ideas. Thanks again, Steve and Tammy
