This condo is very nice and comfortable. It is close to a beach access, basically you walk across the street. Jeff and Sibylle were quick to respond when I had questions on the stay. My family and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

Whether you are standing in the kitchen or the balcony, you have amazing views of the Gulf!!! Host provides everything you would need for an amazing stay - beach towels, tennis rackets, pool inflatables, and a well equipped kitchen. Plus a big comfy couch and TV in the living room. November is definitely the time to go to SPI - perfect weather and not crowded. Saida offers everything - 3 swimming pools, beach access, and 4 tennis courts. Wonderful stay!

This stay was awesome! Inside the home was very clean and accommodating from the master bedroom and bath, to the full sized dinner table. The huge outdoor porch overlooking the water with comfy furniture to relax and enjoy the views. The location is also great to experience the island as well as port Isabel. The hosts are super friendly and responsive, friendly neighbors too! Thank you for allowing us to stay!! We really enjoyed your home!

This place is perfect. Very accurately described. Cozy and well laid out for its size. It's not "tiny" as the description states. Rosy is a great host and the location is very quiet. I have absolutely no complaints at all about this property. Rosy did a fabulous job stocking this home. Cookware, odds and ends, everything, I mean EVERYTHING is here. We drove 24 hours to get here and it was really nice knowing I didn't need to pack absolutely everything. One note: the LIV community is great. It's mostly retirees to please be prepared to be quiet and respectful. This is not a party location. The pools are free of charge other than the $90 one time resort fee. Also, there is an aging bridge you must cross to get onto/off of the island. Big barges do cross through and at times there is a 5-15 min wait. All in all, everything was perfect about this place and community. Found my spot every time I come to SPI.

I’ve been to a lot of Airbnb‘s – – probably 60+ in the past few years alone. This was by far the best I’ve been to, and probably the best value as well. I think this place is perfect for any combination of people, but it was particularly fantastic for our family. I love the Massive master bedroom, the Jacuzzi, the great furnishings, and the fantastic bedding and beds. Super comfortable. Max was incredibly responsive to all of our questions, and everything worked really great. He made this one of the best experiences we had vacationing in many, many years. Check out The Grandview Café very close by! And of course, make sure you go to the beach – – it’s only a two minute walk! Thank you, Max. We will be definitely returning!

Our stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The place was clean, modern, and had all the essentials we needed—and more. I was especially impressed with how well-equipped it was. The kids loved the radio and light in the restroom, which was a fun touch! As a first-time Airbnb guest, I really appreciated the host’s great communication, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The cleanliness of the space made our stay even more comfortable. The Place was so clean, comfortable and cozy. Had an amazing pool and easy walkable access to the beach. Daniel was amazing to work with and super friendly. We can’t wait for our next trip to SPI, and hopefully be lucky enough to rent this condo again.

We booked Estrella's place for my daughter's 18th birthday with her 3 friends, and it was perfect with the big room and the bed with bunk beds. It was across the street from the beach and walkable to shops and restaurants. Estrella was so nice for accommodating the girls and was a great communicator.

Incredible location and Airbnb. The view from the back patio was fantastic. Basically a bird refuge in the backyard. The warm neighborhood pool was a hit. Could've used a few basic supplies-- TP, paper towels, soap.

We loved staying at Guy & Barbi's Airbnb! It's only a three-minute walk to the beach, which was perfect. The place looks great and feels super cozy, just like being at home. It had everything we needed, making our stay really comfortable. Guy and Barbi were super friendly and always there to help out. Definitely recommend this spot for a great beach trip!

We LOVED our stay. The house is so cozy and location is amazing. the pool is perfect for our family with 2 young kids. The backyard is so private, tropical, and you can hear birds all day. we swam nonstop and made many trips to the beach. The beach is just steps away from the house. We had travel issues at the airport and the host was so accommodating and helpful is a stressful situation. we made many memories here and hope to be back!

Toms place was just like the pictures. Great location, as in easy to locate, close to beach access and a quiet street. Check in instructions, very clear and easy. I had a forgotten item, and they were extraordinary in helping me get it back, with no fee! Defiantly would recommend, only issue was, shower took a really long time to switch between hot and cold.

We loved Robyn’s place. Very comfortable and clean. We really enjoyed the recliners with to relax after a day at the beach and pool. The beds were extremely comfortable. Accessing the apartment and the location was great, specially since it avoids the weekend/ summer traffic. You can walk to many places. We would definitely stay there again.
