The hosts were very communicative from the moment of booking until checkout. The guide that they send was very clear and helpful with all of the information for the home. The rooms were more than accommodating for our group of 7. The beds were comfortable and the addition of towels for the pool were a plus. There are beach amenities, such as umbrellas, cooler, chairs, wagons, and beach toys for the littles. I loved how everything was labeled in the kitchen, so you knew where to put items back, and the light and fan switches too! The home has plenty of items for babies and toddlers making traveling easier with not having to bring them. The only thing we did not realize was that the main living area was upstairs. This was not an issue for our group, but the kitchen and living room are on the second floor. The pool and spa were amazing and we used them every day and the walk to beach access was a short 5 minute trip! We loved our stay and would rent again if in the area! Thank you!

Daniel was a great host. The place is right around the corner from the beach within walking distance.. I thought that it would have been loud due to the water park next door but never heard anything from the park. Will def stay again when I am back in padre.

Lillian's condo exceeded expectations! Walking in the door is like stepping into another world! The condo is spotless, and had everything we needed and wanted! The condo is on the 9th floor facing the ocean with a large balcony, and is a million dollar view! The condobis on the main strip, and many things are within walking or short driving distance! Lillian was very responsive with our questions, and was a great host! We had a great time in SPI, and definitely recommend this condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Location was perfect, only a short distance to the beach and food. Place was clean, comfortable, and stalked with all the essentials when traveling. Whether you are standing in the kitchen or the balcony, you have amazing views of the Gulf!!! Host provides everything you would need for an amazing stay - beach towels, tennis rackets, pool inflatables, and a well equipped kitchen. Plus a big comfy couch and TV in the living room. November is definitely the time to go to SPI - perfect weather and not crowded. Saida offers everything - 3 swimming pools, beach access, and 4 tennis courts. Wonderful stay!
