Townhome vacation rentals in South Norfolk District

A lovely stay for myself and my colleagues - perfect location for us for a week. Very modern amenities inside, lovely swimming pool and brilliant bedrooms.

Miriam’s house is very welcoming, it’s her own home & feels cosy & comfortable. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard surrounded by plants and loved being so close to the centre of Norwich, just a short walk from shops, cafes, the river & cathedral.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Bedrooms are of a generous size. House was clean on arrival. Check in was quick and easy, clear instructions were sent on the day. The high street is a couple mins walk, where there is plenty of shops bars & restaurants. My only issue with the property is that it sleeps 11 people but doesn’t have a living area to all sit together. It has a small dining room with a table to seat 6 - so in reality 11 people wouldn’t be able to sit and gather comfortably for dinner or drinks etc. This didn’t affect us so much as we had an event to attend and purely used accommodation for sleeping. I would suggest changing downstairs bedroom into a living/seating area. A great host and made our stay a pleasant one.

We had a really good time here and enjoyed the house as a place to be. The house is a renovated three-bedroom Victorian terrace, with a kitchen and bathroom at the back of the ground floor and a steep set of stairs between the lounge and dining room. The third bedroom is accessible through the second bedroom. It is convenient for getting into the centre of town. It is suitable for children, though with two toddlers we brought a portable stairgate with us.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage which was extremely clean, very nicely presented and had everything you might need right at hand. The location was very quiet and peaceful and the corner shop was fantastic too. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend a visit

A beautiful home, tastefully furnished with an eclectic funky vibe, the house has a lovely homely feel and we felt at home as soon as we walked through the front door. A great location and minutes from cafes, restaurants, the beach and everything for a perfect stay away. We had a delicious meal at the Red Lion pub overlooking the sea. No parking outside the house but there is a car park a few mins away. Fran and Ed were wonderful responsive hosts. We will be back!

Amy's place was a great place to call home away from home. Warm, cosy with everyrhing you could need, within easy walking distance of Southwold within about 15-20 minutes, with some fabulous places to eat. Coasters was one that sticks out, the food was amazing, as was the Crown on the high street. I would definately recommend Amy's house as a place to stay. The street the house is in sems like it could get a bit diffult to park in, but since we walked everywhere, the car stayed where it was.

We had the most wonderful weekend in sunny Southwold! (Thank you for organising the weather for us, Alice! 😎) The house is in the perfect location, with everything a stroll away. Gorgeous shops for my mum, the ferry to Walberswick for my dad, delicious takeaway pizzas on the green at Gun Hill for my husband, and the lovely, sandy beach for my little boy! We all enjoyed ourselves immensely and would love to return.

Great house, very clean. hotel standard linnen and towels. basic essentials supplied like shampoo, bin liners ect. great location. nice house. good fast communication with owners fantastic. would use again. definitely recommend.

A real home from home. Well equipped, great communal spaces for our family to eat, chat and play games. Lovely patio space to eat outside as we were lucky with the weather. Accessible for the town. Extremely comfortable beds.

we had a pleasant four day stay, the property is ideally positioned to be close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. we found everything first rate at the property, making full use of the very good kitchen. living area and bedrooms were comfortable and the shower and toilets spotless. definitely would return

Brilliant stay in Sheringham, highly recommend if you have a big family for a short break by the seaside! Lovely kitchen and open space for kids!

Perfect stay for a multi generation family, lots of space for everyone and good for young kids too. Having stayed in wells before I would say this is the best place given the size of the house, parking for two cars but still walkable to the beach, town etc. Wells is a brilliant place for kids, and you can actually see the amazing playground from the property. We will certainly stay here again when we inevitably return. Only thing I would say about the property is that it doesn’t include towels - only a small issue but would be better to have them included.

Lovely townhouse in a beautiful seaside town, we only stayed for a couple of nights but it had everything we needed. A lovely basket with fresh bread, milk and some snacks was there for us on arrival. Freyja was very responsive and helpful, we left a hat behind after checking out and she kindly let us know and we were able to collect it soon after. There is both a paid car park and street parking close by and plenty of nice eateries, amenities and local attractions within short walking distance.

Japonica House was a lovely bright and spacious home. It was a short stroll into the town and a 5 minute walk to the local park for the children. It provided a great base for us to catch up with family members living in that area. Cawdrons butchers do lovely filled roast baguettes for lunch and we tried Apple Tree chinese too, which was delicious. We were lucky with the weather, so visited Waxham Sands but didn't spot any seals this time. We also had an afternoon at Hemsby, where the children enjoyed the Arcades. We took a drive over to Pleasurewood Hills for the day, which hasn't changed much since I was a child. There were also lots of nice walks for out for our crazy cockapoo. The house was clean, and inviting and Gary was a friendly and informative host. We will definitely book again in the future and my youngest is already keen to come back! Thanks Gary.

This is a excellent let in a good location on the outskirts of Cromer. It is very well presented and equipped with everything you might need. An upstairs lounge may not duit everyone but it worked fine for us. Definitely one of the best places we have rented in this are and we would be very happy to stay there again.

Me and my family stayed here for Christmas and had such an amazing time! There was so much space and the place was lovely - exactly as described and shown in the photos! The house was also beautifully decorated for the festive period which made us feel right at home and the location allowed for a Christmas Day walk on Cromer beach. Sophie was always super helpful and responsive, and was really flexible when we wanted to check out slightly later on Boxing Day. I can only recommend both Sophie and this beautiful house and would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay. When we arrived there was a lovely note and box of chocolates from Sarah 😁. House was spotless and had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. It was like a home from home. There is a bus stop across the road which takes you into Norwich, a Tesco Express 5 minutes away and a few pubs within walking distance. Location is great! Sarah responded very quickly to any messages I sent her. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Norwich.

Had a lovely stay here with the kids and they loved it too, was very well equipped with everything you would need for a short stay, was clean and well set out and I’d definitely think about staying there again :)

This our second visit, and we will be returning next year! It is a beautiful house, it has every amenity but it also feels like home. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, near all the shops and restaurants but tucked away in a cul de sac so very quiet at night. I’d highly recommend this to anyone thinking of a stay in Norwich, it’s perfect
