Lovely house situated just outside the main centre . Plenty of parking which is rare for Wells. Property beautifully decorated & kitchen fully equipped. Added luxury of an Aga, which was perfect in the colder months.

We had a great time at Rachel's. We loved the location, minutes away from the coast and very close to the town centre with it's many restaurants and cafés. The accommodation was ideal for us, had character and lots of space. We really appreciated the quiet neighbourhood and were also able to walk to the North Norfolk Railway. We love to come back in Spring and explore more.

Great property in a great location. The kitchen was well kitted out (I loved having a proper coffee machine!), the place was spotlessly clean, and the furnishings were good quality - really comfy beds. Kathy was in touch early on to check if everything was ok, which was appreciated. Woodbridge is a lovely town to visit - friendly people, interesting shops, plenty of pubs/coffee shops/restaurants, nice walks, a train station and even a cinema. What more could you want!!

Vicarage Farm is an idyllic place to stay. We all loved the space and surroundings. The house is extremely well equipped. We really enjoyed the fire pit whilst having a barbecue. The children loved playing in the garden with loads of space and a great trampoline. We had a lovely walk to the community shop which is a great local amenity. We enjoyed local walks, visiting the coast and also a day boat on the Norfolk Broads. Victoria and Christopher were great hosts - really accommodating and very responsive. All instructions were clear and easy to follow making for such a great stay. The children enjoyed cuddles with your cats! Thank you for accommodating us all - we would love to stay at Vicarage Farm again! For many reasons it was one of the nicest places we have ever stayed!

Great house in a great location. Short walk to bakeries, restaurants and shops and a lovely stroll to the beach and pier. The house was spacious, comfortable and quiet and had everything we needed as a family of 5 with a dog. We hope to come back soon!

A totally perfect spot to explore Holt and north Norfolk. Scott is so good with lighting - might seem like a minor but it really transforms a stay in my opinion! Insanely generous fizz and cake on arrival and all the little touches around the house and so great. Easy heating controls, lovely towels, full TV options. Also it’s so well stocked with coffees and teas. All these things really make the difference. A dreamy weekend.

House was in a lovely quiet position and easy to walk to town and the beach, spotlessly clean and comfortable, good wifi, nicely furnished and plenty of room, great wraparound garden for the dog, we would highly recommend Jennifer’s place,

Absolutely lovely property and amenities. It was an ideal spot for a family get together and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The cottage had plenty of room for a group of seven and was lovely and clean. The cooking facilities were excellent and it was a very peaceful location. The pool was clean and warm and the games room was great fun. The only tiny issue was that communication via the Airbnb messaging system wasn't great. In the end I had to ring Lynne to get the code for the key lockbox just a few hours before we were due to check-in. I understand that messages to her from the Airbnb system can take a while to get through so worth bearing this in mind when communicating. When I did get through Lynne was very friendly and helpful though!! All in all a wonderful property - highly recommended.

Would highly recommend Luka Lodge. The heated swimming pool and pool table were a huge hit with the grandchildren. We loved the open plan layout of the lodge, plenty of space for all 14 of us to be able to be together. Sauna was an added bonus for some quiet time for the grown ups. The 3 days of constant pouring rain did not dampen our fun. Although the children were limited in using the amazing outside play area. We managed to have a tasty bbq, as all under cover. Minor points, football table was damaged (as it was outside and had weathered) and could do with a larger kitchen bin for so many of us. We will definately return as soon as the sun shines again. Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

Absolutely amazing cottage in North Norfolk! Such a beautiful and peaceful cottage and such responsive and attentive hosts this place is a must go! This cottage was by far the best place I’ve stayed at in Norfolk. Flexible check in and out time on request if available .. Andy and Fiona really go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Check in was so easy and the cottage was just as described and more! Our little boy adored the cottage and we loved the log burner. We will definitely be back in the summer to experience the pool!

What a gem of a find! we had a wonderful time. The cottage is beautiful, warm and spacious. The use of the spa was amazing - such a lovely spa. Loved the outdoor heated pool especially. Our kids loved swimming in the afternoons. We will definitely be back again and recommending it to others.

A lovely long weekend in Corin’s bungalow. So cosy and the Christmas tree was a nice touch. Good location too - only a short drive to town. Despite Storm Darragh we managed a short walk with the dogs on the beach at Southwold which they loved as usual! Would love to return when the weather’s a bit nicer!!

A perfect Airbnb! Had everything we needed and more for a self catered weekend at a very reasonable price. The little extras, like treats for our dogs were lovely! It was immaculate and had shops and the beach a short walk away. Would highly recommend and would happily return.

Michelle is a fantastic host. She pulled out all the stops at extremely short notice for me and my little dog after the holiday accommodation I was staying in was no longer fit for purpose. The cottage was lovely and clean, well equipped and had everything you needed, including great quality toiletries. The Nepresso machine is a real bonus too. The mattress was a little too hard for my personal taste so maybe a topper would be beneficial for people who like a softer bed. However the bed linen and towels were top quality. The location was very quiet and great for walking and visiting local beaches. I would definitely recommend this property and will definitely book again when taking a break in this area.

Mario was an amazing and welcoming host. You can tell he takes care of the annex, when I arrived it was very clean, smelt lovely and has everything you need. Very easy to get around and I'd definitely book again. The annex was bigger than what it looks in the photos and it's very homely. Most importantly...big shout out to TOBY! The highlight of my two week trip to Norfolk. I will miss him so very much! Thank you mario and Toby for a lovely stay. Id highly recommend to anyone visiting Norfolk.

Woodlands is just perfect…beautifully presented with a great mix of furniture and decoration- I loved the dining chairs and the painting on the wall of one of them…there must be a story there! Altogether beautifully presented with a very homely feel. Quality bedding and super comfy bed. Everything we needed was there. The location is just beautiful..tucked away, but easy to find and so peaceful. The grounds and the forest looked amazing in the frost and wild in the wind..We need to come back and see them in the summer ! Sorrel’s communication has been terrific and instructions to find the property were so clear. She also offered us an early check-in, which was very thoughtful. We highly recommend this property which was great for us-with family visiting for the day, - but would be amazing for a family holiday with little need to go anywhere other than outside! We absolutely loved the house and the estate it’s like going back in time the walk to back is lovely and the panoramic view of the sea is awesome it felt like home to me as grow up by the Atlantic Ocean the sound of the sea and wind was very beautiful whilst eating our food thanks we truly enjoyed our stay

Lucy’s cottage is as described Home from Home . Beautiful nicely decorated cosy warm and welcoming . Lots of details which were much appreciated.Good WiFi so my husband could work .Beach is huge and we saw so many interesting evidence that the sea is healthy - oyster shells mussel shells starfish cuttlefish and Hope to return soon .

What a location to see the baby seals! We had everything that we could possibly want inside the annex with excellent attention to detail. Thank you for having us!
