Monthly Rentals in South Dakota

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

Very cozy and well-kept home! Loved the lake view. Dawn was responsive and flexible.

This remote stay is the perfect 2 person (and a dog) getaway. The kitchen is stocked with all that is needed and the bed was very comfortable. The front deck provided us with time to relax in the sun and listen to the wildlife. Hope to go back again!

Kayleen and Eric helped me with a last minute rental for the month as I’m in town on a travel assignment. Quick to respond and available for the few questions when I arrived. Apartment is cozy and clean, a comfortable space while I stay in Huron. Thanks guys, I’ll rent from them again!
