We travel to Sturgis in the Fall often for the bike rally but I wanted a peaceful trip with gorgeous views for my birthday & this provided just that! The room was spacious, the shower was amazing & the bed was very comfortable!! The instructions to get in and out were perfect, I appreciated feeling safe and locked in from the general public considering there was a bar (super nice and attentive staff & amazing food!) Hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Arrived later than planned, but she gave instructions that helped us immensely. The complimentary coffee was a big score. Location was great, was within walking distance of restaurants and anything else worth of interest. If I am back in the area, I would definitely use her place again!

Great place to stay! The bathrooms situation was different than than that of your typical air bnb place but worked out great for us! Never had to wait and whole family could shower simultaneously (individually of course) which sped up time getting ready to go explore! Priced right too! And host was super helpful if we had any questions!

This was a great place to stay with beautiful views, nice walking trail. The only issue I had was the bathrooms were very small and hardly any room to use the toilet. The room was clean just some slight dust in places. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall this was a great place to stay in beautiful area.

The Lakes Lodge was a cozy and very clean space. The restaurant/bar was conveniently located right across the parking lot. The room was much bigger than it seemed in the pictures, which was nice. The only slight drawbacks were that the beds felt like you were on a boat when the other person would roll over(very rocky) and I feel like the window could have had a better covering, like maybe some darkening drapes, instead of just the vertical blinds. Other than that, we were very pleased. Adam was very prompt at replacing our mini fridge when we couldn’t get it to work.

This place was perfect for me. I am retired but work part-time remotely via my laptop, and it really helps when it is quiet. This place was extremely quiet. What you get compared to the initial description was accurate. You get a clean room that is quiet, and nobody bothers you. They don't have daily or weekly room service, but I like it that way. If you stay long term, like I did you probably will drive into Sioux Falls once a week anyway. That's when I did my own laundry as I ran errands. When you email or text the owners / managers, they reply quickly. Air conditioning worked perfectly. No problem with any types of bugs or vermin. I did not see any of that. Overall great for me, and a great price.

This is a beautiful home…. Very warm, comfy and clean. The location is perfect for getting around Deadwood or venturing out a bit more. Aaron was there if anything was needed but also respected guest’s privacy. The breakfasts were amazing! I will definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing! The place was super clean, and the space was great. The kids loved the bunk beds, and the beds were super comfortable. But I want to highlight all the comforts of home that this host provides. First, for someone who was fishing, the super clean fish cleaning sink, large cutting board, and scrap bucket with garbage bags were a huge plus. There was even a chest freezer with a few ziplock freezer bags and newspaper for packaging up our fish and freezing it before we left. The breakfast station was awesome, with coffee, tea, and a few snacks. Even the electric tea kettle was prefilled with water for our convenience! Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this stay for anyone visiting the Waubay area. We’ll definitely be staying here again soon!

Brandy's place was perfect for what we needed - a nice, clean room for a quick overnight stay on our journey. Brandy was fantastic to work with - instructions were very clear, check-in and check-out was extremely easy, and the place was clean. We will definitely book with Brandy again when we book our next road trip through the area!

We enjoyed our stay at Days End! Easy check-in process due to the host sending instructions ahead of time over text. The cabin met all expectations and was a comfortable stop on our long roadtrip. Host had good recommendations for which restaurants to avoid and which were worth a stop. Would stay again!

Arriving on a 96 degree day, the air conditioned comfort of this beautiful 1918 home and Donna’s friendly greeting made us feel right at home. Platte is quiet, walkable, and we enjoyed dinner at the pizza restaurant. Donna keeps the house spotless, bed was comfortable, and we would definitely stay again. Breakfast was freshly made with consideration of dietary needs. Excellent!

A unique place for a stopover, a blend of luxury and remoteness (actually very close to the interstate). Just be sure to arrive before dark, because the road signs are hard to find. We had the entire lodge to ourselves, with many amenities, including a piano. Great for a morning jog or hike. We enjoyed it very much.

A spacious room is equipped with two hotel-quality queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and a wooden dresser. A small kitchenette area features a microwave and refrigerator. Soft lighting from a lamp adds warmth, while neutral-toned walls create a calm atmosphere.

The stay was lovely and we totally enjoyed it! Check-in was super easy as long as you provide your email address accordingly and they will send you a set of instructions to guide you. Would definitely stay again if I ever drove by Rapid City area.

Highly recommend this place. Stayed in the off season so the pool and tiki bar were closed (they let us know in advance) had a great time so willing to bet in season it is even better. Great price, clean place. Very friendly hosts and communicated well. Great location. Highly recommend this place.

We had a nice stay. Too bad the temperature wasn’t warm enough to use the pool. The shared space was nice to use. The location was right by the highway and fairly close to all the places we wanted to visit. We would have loved a little more pillows on the bed but other that that we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay again if we take a trip to the Black Hills again.

Great stay. Good location. The room was very comfortable, clean and welcoming. Ours had one king bed and a single pull out sofa. We had three people, so it worked well. The listing says it sleeps four, but that would be a tight fit. Overall the property was unique, clean, nicely decorated and very welcoming with great communication from host.

We had a wonderful stay at Flatiron. Our suite was charming and generously stocked. The bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing. The unit was spotless and quiet despite being close to the street. Walkable to several great restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying here twice and both times we were extremely happy with everything. Even when there were very minor issues, Adam addressed the issues in a very friendly and professional manner. My only disappointment is our favorite room is booked out for a year or so, but we are looking forward to returning when there is an opening. I would like to also compliment the Bar and Grill for excellent food and service!!!
