Thank you, Janet, for hosting us for five weeks! We really enjoyed staying at your place. Being in a gated community makes you feel very safe. The location is great—close to downtown and South Congress Avenue, with many shops and restaurants—yet still peaceful and private. The condo is right next to the shared pool, and the huge balcony is lovely. The kitchen has everything you need, and communication with Janet and Shelly is smooth and helpful. For long-term stays like ours, it’s very convenient that Amazon and similar services deliver right to the door, and you also get access to the mailbox. Definitely recommend and we hope to be back!

This place is an absolute gem. Morgan is a wonderful host who provided everything I needed. And you can’t beat the location - walking or biking distance to everything!

Zachary’s place was just as described. The neighborhood is quiet and feels remote within the busy city. We had a perfect stay!
