Monthly Rentals in South Austin

Please, please check out this house, the host, the neighbors, the area are very beautiful and peaceful which is perfect for long term stay. I was so glad I found this house because of the cleanliness, the quick response, and price from the host. About the host, Mike and Sue were beyond awesome, they treated me like a grand children by inviting me to multiple dinners and lunch even when I was barely have time to join. We shared and talked a lot about life and I wish I had more time to have dinner with them before the end of my stay. I have had many Air Bnb before and this house with its host are the best among others, a 10/10 experience.

A great place to come back to after spending the day in Austin. Perfect amount of space for two. I am always worried about the comfort of mattresses (it’s always a gamble!), but this was one of the best I’ve slept on! It is on a quiet street and a short Uber to many local restaurants and breweries. Amy was incredibly responsive and readily available for any questions/needs we may have had (we had none!).

Awesome little place to call home for a while! The girls were great and super responsive. Definitely worth it! Thanks girls!

Had everything I needed for a long stay. Clean, quiet space with good vibes. Melvin was helpful on all questions during my time. Definitely a great spot for solo long stays.
