Another great Austin weekend at Katy and Rick’s place. These are the greatest hosts you’ll find on AirBnB, and the reason we keep coming back.

Great house and very comfortable. There were 7 of us and we had a great time and plenty of room to spread out, sleep comfortable, and hang out and relax. The back yard is really spacious and nice. Close to restaurants.

I highly recommend this Airbnb home. We came to town to have Christmas with my sister and her family. The home was spacious enough to accommodate us all. We cooked Christmas dinner together and we had plenty of room to move around, pots and pans was there for us. Thank you Kim for being such a wonderful host.

This stay was to visit and spend time with our son who goes to TXST. The house was very roomy with plenty of space for our family and some friemds to visit. Location was a short 10 min drive to target or Heb which is always nice and necessary when staying at an air bnb. Host was very quick to respond to questions.

This home was a wonderful place to hang out hats after a long day of travel. They had a beautiful backyard with a fire pit, and the inside was cozy for a game night. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Angela home was very nice and welcoming the kitchen was amazing enough space and all the amenities to cook for a Christmas gathering. Her home is very spacious the game room was a plus. This is the host with the most! I stay in many air bnbs and this host was the best. The most responsive host and he goes out of his way to make sure the guests needs are met. The home was exactly as pictured and very comfortable. We made great memories here with our family. We absolutely would book with him again as he was pleasant, kind, and went above our standards.

This place is great for a short stay. The location is excellent, the host is very helpful and responsive, and the price is right. I would stay here again.

An amazing stay! Would definitely come back

It was as if they knew me. So many details I liked: coffee beans for French press in the AM (and a dedicated brush for the grinder!), a Bose Bluetooth speaker, nightlight box in the ceiling… quiet neighborhood close to everything, and friendly hosts. And CLEAN. No wonder I’ve not been here before, I understand why it has not been available on my previous trips. Will definitely stay again if the guest apartment is available.

Great place to stay in Austin.

This is a very nice space for a family of 3. We were able to relax and everything was in place for a great stay. Rachel was available for any communication needs and worked with our schedule. Would give more than 5 Stars if I could.

This was the best birthday trip ever! Jaya was very responsive to messages and provided plenty detailed useful information. Her place was quiet and just steps away from breathtaking views. Perfectly located from the parking garage, elevator and pool/spa. We would definitely choose to stay again in the future.

Everything was great. Little issue with the TV being able to connect to WiFi but not the internet, called customer service who put a ticket in. Great location, terrific views. Go valet because the on street is only $8 cheaper/day and in a dusty field. Amenities were really nice. I’d stay here again.
