The seaside hut we stayed in for 3 nights is cozy and beautiful. Our resident host Avinash was very helpful and polite. The vibes of the hippie hideout was very warm, so was the main host Trifino when I first called him. The location of the stay is very close to Anjuna beach and Avinash was kind enough to arrange for the rental taxis/bike for us. We had a wonderful time in there. Thank you, Trifino and Avinash. 😊

Very friendly hosts and staff. Clean, nicely furnished Airbnb. Lovely river breeze during the day. Delightful local food prepared in house. 20 min drive from the airport. Walking distance from the heart of Aluva, yet secluded from noise and bustle. I would love to return.

I had a very pleasant stay. The apartment has everything that is needed and the location is perfect. Beautiful area that I will miss.

Mr. Mithun was a kind and open minded person. He suggested the nearby attractions. The food was great and felt homely. Mithun has suggested some authentic Kodagu food. The kayaking experience was great. Mr. Santhosh guided us kayaking . The place is 22 acres and also has a small jungle trail which is enjoyable. We also have the option of booking the entire property if we are going with our family. The nearby attractions are Thala kaveri, kabbe view point, chelavara falls, madikeri etc.,

It’s a great place to stay,it was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and close to nature. Major beaches and cafes and eateries are nearby This place is very well maintained.Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by .The Owner and his Mounter(Aunty). Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I loved the ambience. I would highly recommend this place and I would definitely want to come back to this place again. Thank you Manoj for being a nice host.

A big thank you to the owner, Sangeeta for making our stay so comfortable. I am especially grateful to Vishal bhaiya (the caretaker) who was always approachable and helpful whenever needed. This was my first time traveling with my pet along with family and I was quite anxious about how things would go. But after speaking with Sangeeta, I felt so much more at ease, she explained everything in detail and reassured me completely. The property looked exactly like the pictures, beautiful. The surroundings were breathtakingly peaceful far from the hustle and bustle of the city. It truly felt like a second home and was worth every bit spent. I will definitely be returning and I’m so glad to have found a place that feels like home.

It was really a great stay, the stay having a peaceful view and we can also see a sunrise from the balcony.

Thank you for quick responses whenever we needed any help. The only issue was that that I have not been confident to drive on the slopes and thought I made a mistake after looking at the place. But just in few minutes, you coordinated with locals to park our car and made things smooth for us. Thanks once again.

The stay was amazing! We had a joyous time at Rohit's. There were proper amenities in place and the surroundings were peaceful.

Excellent stay. It was our second stay at Yasir’s place. The host and the care taker are very caring. It feels like home away from home.

Seriously it was really an awesome stay, it felt like home away from home. Centrally located surrounded by some grt cafés and party places. Host Gaurav and his team was always available. Gaurav also owns a beautiful restaurant just outside the society called Baccus were we had best time and there SISHA was best. Baccus was the best place to hang out after party as it is open till 4am. See you soon Gaurav will definitely spread the word across to all my family and friends.

It’s an excellent option for someone looking for a place near Shimla, yet reasonably away from the crowds. The walks around the woods are lovely and peaceful. The property is nicely kept and makes you feel absolutely at home, just as the pictures. Manjeet was always accessible over calls and was a great and friendly host. Chunnilal, the caretaker is the star of the property- always available for anything with a smile on his face. Much recommended if you are in Mashobra!

Faizan is a very nice and humble man. He always respond you on your first call. I used his place twice and both times I enjoyed, it’s valued for money you spend. The best thing about this place is cleanliness and location

This was a great stay , the house is beautifully decorated and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean. The property manager Kavinda was amazing- helped us book transport and with anything we needed.

The place is even bigger and nicer than the pictures - we were 8 adults- each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom! The unit is extremely close to the beach- with lounge chairs and umbrellas available. The pool is huge. Two restaurants on premises- we had dinner in one of them twice! Good menu selection. Beds were very comfortable- and beach towels were also provided. Communication with host was good- The only thing that I would add to your budget is that it cost $600 pesos round trip to get into town. Would not hesitate to recommend this unit for a memorable fun family vacation!

Staying at LaJoya could not have been any better! My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the location, peaceful setting, pool/common area, the gorgeous modern facility and best of all the customer service.
