We also enjoyed the theatre room, which provided endless entertainment options. The superb sit-out area near the swimming pool was perfect for our family barbecue nights, and we cherished every moment spent together in this picturesque setting. We absolutely loved our stay at Umravi Villa! Naman and the team were incredibly helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The villa itself is stunning, with a beautiful pool and a rooftop featuring a bar counter, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Special thanks to the caretaker, Sonu, who took care of everything seamlessly. His cooking was amazing, and he made us feel right at home with his humble and attentive nature.

villa is at good location. German bakery along with other cafes are near by. pool was clean. rooms were spacious and beautifully kept. highly recommend

We loved our stay in this place because of the amenities provided and the host was so friendly and interactive. The place was so clean and private. It is a best place to visit if we travel to Kottayam.

The villa is set in the village of Cavelossim, in a beautiful and safe complex of similar villas surrounded by gardens, with a shared pool in the middle. The beach is nearby (5 min walk), as well as all the amenities (restaurants, shops, supermarket, taxi stands). Basappa, the host, is responsive and eager to help. The house has good rooms with efficient AC, comfortable beds (softer than most in India), a well-equipped kitchen, and outdoor area with a beautiful view on the gardens (very well kept with many flowers). We've enjoyed our stay very much and recommend the place!

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

Maria is a great host. She ensure everything which make our stay comfortable. Her house can be considered as second home..i.e a home away from home.

Very well located if you want to explore all the fine dining places in Goa like Izumi, Bawei, Jamun and the list is endless . It’s also next door to shopping stores like flames , Rangeela Goa and no nasties . Nice place with access to pool. We travelled with toddler and a kid of 7 years and having a cook around was very comfortable

A very considerate host who met us very late at night to hand over the key, and had also bought some foodstuffs for our breakfast the next morning because of our late arrival. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was in a tranquil setting by the beach and also had a great swimming pool. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.
