Vacation rentals with beach access in South Asia

I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

I am so happy that I selected this place. Sea view from apartment was just awesome. I got help or response from him whenever I knocked. Apartment was very clean and beautiful more than it shows in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place 😊.

Ocean facing apartment with amazing view. Accessible location with availability of all requirements. Restaurants nearby are so good. Great house feeling with well managed kitchen. Important is completely disturbance free.

5 of us stayed for 10 days and we had such a wonderful time! The apartment has everything we needed and more! The outside space and pool were lovely too. The village had everything we needed and more too! The beach was beautiful. We would love to come back!!

I spent a week at Mirza sahb’s place and i completely loved it! The place had a nice rooftop to enjoy the beachview from a distance. The apartment was clean and Mirza sahb was very accommodating. He let me be in the place late till my flight in the evening. I would love to stay there again.

Absolutely amazing stay Ive ever experienced. Very polite and cooperative Staff. Especially Ejaz Ali was very kind and generous. He was always present for us whenever we needed him.

Our stay was very good. we met one of the most gracious host and their family. they were very helpful and kind. they helped us move to an ac room since we did not account for such a humid weather. the property is right besides a very pristine and a private beach. you can access the beach anytime of the day. the property is really beautiful and well maintained and there are lot of stores nearby. so the location is also good. this place is a beach lovers paradise. totally worth it, would love to visit again!

White Villa is great place to stay.. It's very peaceful. Beach is at walkable distance. Some local shops are also around. Zoe's Galleria is just opposite to the Villa. Finally Lincoln is a very good host, responsive and considerate.

Great stay! The tiny house was clean, modern, and perfectly located — just a short walk to the beach and the popular sunset point where you’ll find plenty of vendors, snacks, and drinks in the evening. It’s close enough to the center to be convenient, but far enough to stay peaceful and away from the big crowds. Loved the balance of calm and accessibility.

We had a good overall experience during our stay at this property. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which made our trip enjoyable and convenient. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and met our expectations. However, one downside is the limited availability of restaurants and marketplaces nearby. This meant fewer dining and shopping options within close proximity, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and don’t mind fewer amenities nearby, this place is a great choice.

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely loved my stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, offering great local tips that made our trip even better. One of the best parts was its location—just a short walk from the sea beach, where we enjoyed breathtaking sunrises every morning. The area was peaceful and quiet at night, yet close to everything we needed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Delightful 3 weeks at Aguada villa. Cozy, beautiful, like at home. Safe, friendly and kind atmosphere. Everyone smiles, polite attitude, communication with Shita and Diksha was pleasant. Quiet, birds singing. The villa is just perfect. The design and Indo-Portuguese style is love at the first sight. Everything works: stove, microwave, toaster, air conditioners, hair dryers, TVs, filter for clean and fresh water (+every day they bring bottles of water). The kitchen has a lot of dishes to cook, beautifully set the table. Comfortable bed and linen. Bathrooms with all amenities. Thank you to the cleaning team. Shamil is keeping her clean in such a big house, we just enjoyed our lives. Clean, fragrant, well-maintained house. Every day they water the flowers and sweep the yard. An impeccable getaway in a beautiful location, close to the best beach in Goa, this is the place for sure!

Host is awesome. he will give you clear instructions and will keep all the necessary things for you. Maid will come every day. watchman is also very helpful. please stay hear if you visit vizag.

This is a wonderful apartment in Mount Lavinia. It has everything you need. Security staff are on hand 24 hours. Lovely views and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Susan is a wonderful host and i will definitely stay here when next in Sri Lanka.

I had a great stay at this place. The host, Harry, was very helpful and always available to assist. Checking in was easy and the apartment was clean. The best part is that the apartment is right in front of the sea! It only takes 2 minutes to walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Our stay at Eutierria was quite comfortable, accommodations that provided a lovely except the fisrt day when open the door which gave stain which did not give fresh feeling. The integrated kitchen was well-equipped with all necessary utensils and a refrigerator, fitted drinking water and basic groceries like tea, sugar, and spices were provided. Overall, it's a great option for families planning a longer stay, offering a homely and practical environment.

Sid's place looks even better in person than in the pictures. The bed and bath linen used is the best I've experienced in Airbnbs. His housekeeping staff does an excellent job. Sid was always responsive to any queries we reached him for. The amenities inside the house are provided thoughtfully. The view from the balconies is super peaceful and green and all of us enjoyed spending time relaxing there. The property overall is friendly, has a good pool with a bar and music that's functional through the day. There is even an in-house restaurant that delivers room service to the flat. The beach is very clean, and within walking distance and we found some good restaurants that operate near the beach, especially Chris' Goan Ambrosia that serves authentic Goan food apart from multi cuisine. The house is spacious and very beautiful. Perfect for a family or a couple of small families, or groups. We had a fantastic time. Definitely coming back here !
