Our stay at Gitane's place was amazing. the place was exactly as advertised but I would say pictures don't do it justice. its a beautiful, calm and peaceful place. it was everything we were looking for and more. The hosts were amiable and very prompt. Seema was really nice and warm and kept the place very clean. it is right off the main road but it is so peaceful once you get to the gate. Would recommend anyone to spend a few days here at the very least.

Staying at Thupten’s unique Tibetan Airbnb was an incredible experience in every possible way. He was one of the most thoughtful and genuine hosts I’ve ever had on Airbnb. We had such enriching conversations, and he shared so many fascinating stories about Tibetan culture. Every morning, he made me a delicious breakfast, and even took me out to his favorite Japanese restaurant near Lakeside for dinner. The room was cozy, well-equipped, and had everything I needed. I’d wholeheartedly recommend his home to anyone visiting Pokhara. Wishing him all the best!

Renu ma’am & Joe sir were wonderful hosts. Their place is a warm, cozy beauty nestled somewhere on chilly Kodai Hills. It gives a perfect balance of disconnecting with world while getting immersed in the natural beauty around oneself, vs staying connected through their ultra high speed internet (rarely found at such locations). Our mornings started with the perfect homemade breakfasts by Renu ma’am, our noon was full of chasing after waffles & toffee (2 lovely pups) and evenings spent in admiring nature on our hikes in and around the property. Joe sir also gave us a glimpse of his coffee roasting & grinding process. It was a wonderful experience and we will definitely visit them again.

I had a great stay at this place! The location was comfortable, clean, and well-maintained — perfect for a relaxing trip. What really stood out was the excellent service provided by Mr. Sandeep. He was extremely helpful, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my stay. I truly appreciated his hospitality. We were hosted by uncle Sequeira and his cats. The room was as described. We were served good breakfast everyday. Uncle Sequeira went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. He also arranged breakfast and milk for our 1.5 year old son. The place is easily accessible through public transport. Caranzalem beach is a 5 min walk from the property. Miramar beach is also two bus stops away. Highly recommended if you want to explore panaji. Would definitely stay here if I visit panaji again.

Staying with Jagdip uncle and his family in Ahmedabad was an unforgettable experience. Their home, a beautiful 200+ year-old traditional Gujarati haveli, gave me a true taste of the region’s heritage and culture. From the carved wooden doors to the open courtyards, every corner tells a story — it felt like stepping into the real Gujarat. What made the stay even more special was the warmth of the family. From day one, I was welcomed as one of their own. Despite global tensions, the atmosphere here was peaceful and comforting. The hospitality was incredible — home-cooked meals, heartfelt conversations, and every little gesture made me feel completely at ease. I’m leaving with a heart full of memories and deep gratitude. Highly recommend this stay to anyone seeking an authentic and soulful experience in Ahmedabad. I can’t wait to return and make more memories in this beautiful home.

Fantastic view and friendly staff! We enjoy walking so the location was great for us, and it’s easy to take a tuk tuk if needed. The area is a bit noisy, there was construction going on during the day but we didn’t find it bothersome in the evenings so we could get rest. The breakfast is good, with fresh fruit and the omelette it was what we needed.

Staying at Rajeev’s Vedic Homestay was a peaceful and grounding experience. Rajeev is a warm and helpful host who also guided us with great tips about nearby temples. The food here was truly exceptional. Each sattvik, home-cooked meal felt nourishing and thoughtfully prepared. Rajeev used a variety of unique local vegetables in creative ways—like jackfruit seeds in the sambar, and soft, fragrant cucumber idlis that were entirely new to us. From homemade chutneys to traditional dishes like puliogiri and seasonal curries, every meal was flavorful, light, and deeply satisfying. Eating here felt like being welcomed into a sacred kitchen. The homestay is beautifully designed with Vedic décor, hawan equipment, and a calm, spiritual energy. Rooms are clean and peaceful, and the pool is well-maintained and perfect for a relaxing dip. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic, soulful hospitality in Gokarna. Will be coming back for sure !

Devrai – A Sacred Forest of Art and Serenity *“Devrai” – a beautiful Marathi word that means sacred forest, a divine space deeply rooted in Indian culture. Staying at @devraiartvillage truly felt like stepping into one. The experience was blissful, grounding, and soul-stirring. The warmth of the people here makes it even more special. We were welcomed with such love and kindness that it never felt like our first visit. A heartfelt thank you to Mandakini ma’am and Atul sir, the most gracious and warm-hearted couple who made our stay unforgettable. This place is a haven for art lovers, nature seekers, and anyone longing for peace. We’ve fallen in love with Devrai, and we’re already looking forward to coming back soon. 🌿🎨✨

Soorya Kala was our first accommodation in Sri Lanka, and I can only say it was the perfect start to our trip! The place is very modern, beautifully decorated, and absolutely clean. The location is a dream – right on the beach, with restaurants and shops within walking distance, and you can listen to the waves while falling asleep. The breakfast is included and incredibly delicious! But what impressed us the most was the hospitality from Nagulan and the whole team. We felt completely at home and would definitely recommend this place!

It was a good stay, clean pool and friendly staff.

Chani and Lali were lovely hosts! Very accommodating with check in, greeted us on arrival and were very friendly. The room was as pictured & described - very comfy bed, hot water! Shared kitchen facilities were very good, plenty of space in the fridge to keep what you wanted chilled. Location wise, the place is excellent - a very short walk to restaurants and the beach - but set back far enough to be peaceful. The hosts held our bags for us on check out day as we had an early start for a whale watching boat trip booked. Chani & Lali have built a lovely little sanctuary which felt really peaceful to stay at. Thank you, we enjoyed our stay :)

We loved our peaceful stay at Terra, It was so quiet and relaxing. The host is an amazing chef, and the staff were super friendly and helpful, taking care of everything we needed. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a calm getaway with fantastic food!

Romance in Ella far succeeded our expectations, pictures do not give enough justice. Surroundings are beautiful and still close walk to the local restaurants and bars via train track. The design of the apartment is lovely and embraces the views surrounding. Sanjee was very friendly and quick to communicate and would arrange transport when needed. Breakfast was also delicious and served in the apartment overlooking the waterfall in the distance.

The place was peaceful and the serene nature around was a great experience. Narendra (staff) was very helpful and his service made the place feel like home and his way of communicating things was extremely helpful.

Chiranjiv’s place was the highlight of our trip - a beautiful studio apartment with it’s own front lawn and sitting area, the house looks even better than the pictures. The jacuzzi is one of the best bits, and well maintained. Chiranjiv ji was always accessible, and helped us out with recommendations. The place is 5 minutes away from all the good cafes and very accessible, one turn from Rajpur Road. 10/10 would recommend, perfect for a peaceful, serene getaway.
