Monthly Rentals in Sogn og Fjordane

I had a very nice stay at Lone's place even though it was just for one night. It's really cozy and has everything you need. The hosts are very helpful, always responded quickly and suggested so many things I could do in the region. If you're looking for a peaceful and quiet place to stay between going on hikes in the beautiful surrounding, this is it.

We were two friends staying one night in the Birdbox. We were lucky with the weather, sun, sunset, moonlight and northern lights. The birdbox was clean and the welcoming. The bed was good- with many pillows in it. Great that there is a small kitchenette where you can boil water and a small fridge that contained good drinks for us. We got good directions- easy to find. The road up is narrow and winding- parking just near the birdbox. Nice little seating outside with two chairs where you can sit to enjoy the sun and watch the ferries down on the fjord. Can really recommend a stay here. We would love to come back.

This was easily the best AirBnB experience we’ve ever had! Sindre, Kari and their families were such beautiful people who we had the pleasure of getting to know over the course of the month that we stayed here. They are very kind, super helpful with local knowledge and always making sure we were comfortable. The house is an incredible space with stunning views to watch the landscape change every day. If you like being surrounded by nature, this place is for you! The house was also spotlessly clean and cozy. We would highly recommend this stay and we’ll hopefully be able to return one day. Many thanks for an experience we will remember for a lifetime.

Nice and quiet. There was wood so I could fire in the fireplace myself, it was really nice. Recommended for someone who wants to change everyday life for a bit of life in the countryside. Thank you for allowing me to stay with you.😊
