Monthly Rentals in Sitno Donje

Lovely apartment , very responsive host . we struggled to locate the place initially but the host helped us getting there , address to type on google map is Apartments Carapina, Prališće II 19, 21222, Marina, Croatia. Better to drive further untill you see Tommy market on left and just before that take right then map will guide you to take right again towards a downhill path on right, thats easier than driving uphill. Having a microoven ,toaster in the kitchen would be very helpful so guests can prepare food since there is not many eateries around . Make sure to take tea,coffee,sugar,salt etc with you since these are not offered in the flat. However I would love to go back just for the view ,it was so peaceful and pleasant stay for us . Thanks to the lovely host,she was very welcoming .

Beautiful stay, close to the airport

Berislav is an excellent host, always very kind and helpful, and the apartment is wonderful. I stayed there for almost two months and absolutely loved my stay. The view from the balcony is fantastic and I enjoyed watching many stunning sunsets and sunrises. The kitchen has everything needed to cook at home, the bed is very comfortable, and there's a washing machine in the bathroom. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, to the nearest supermarket it's about a 20-minute walk, and a walk to Trogir takes about one hour, which is perfectly fine with me, but having a car to get around is an advantage. Uber/Bolt is available, but it can take time for a driver to accept an order. As I was there during off-season, it was very quiet and peaceful. The island of Ciovo is beautiful and I spent a lot of time hiking around on trails through forests or with amazing sea views. I would love to come back and definitely recommend Berislav's place!

I booked this apartment for one week, the place is nice and the house was ready for us. You will get a lot of instructions about the house and the jacuzzi (which is very nice) during the check in along with a list of places to visit during your stay in Split. The only cons were the pillows that are a bit uncomfortable and the sink in the bathroom which is difficult to regulate its power. Watch out for the hot water because it gets very very hot. Overall a good choice for two people.
