Monthly Rentals in Silver Plume

It was wonderful staying here! The house was clean and cozy, we definitely felt at home. Casey was very helpful with providing instructions and responding pretty quick. It was a nice driving distance between here and Loveland if you're looking for somewhere to stay for skiing or snowboarding. Overall, an amazing time!

My husband and sons had a fantastic stay at Jonathan's place! The apartment was cozy and well-equipped, as described. My hubby was so impressed be sent me videos since I couldn't make it. Jonathan was an excellent host. Communication was prompt and clear throughout the entire process, always available to answer my questions. This made their stay incredibly smooth, especially since I, the family "chaos coordinator", was unable to join them. My family highly recommends this property and would definitely stay here again and hopefully next time I can join them! Thanks again, Jonathan.

This house is absolutely charming! If you are an old house fan, this is IT! Loved the history of the home. Very spacious, too! Be aware of the days the local (adorable!) coffee place and bar are open. And go to both! Otherwise, there's not much else right in Silver Plume. It's quiet and cute! Georgetown is very close by, as are several ski resorts. We had 5 adults in this home and had plenty of room. It's very homey! We had some plumbing issues and Steve was very responsive and had someone out quickly, even on a holiday.
