This is a great stay! The views from the hiking trails are perfect for a sunrise/sunset hike. The rooms were clean and very homey. We had 4 people and we slept comfortably. Great experience, thank you again!

Don’s home was absolutely perfect for our large family group of 16! The space was beautifully appointed, with everything we needed to feel comfortable and at home. From the well-stocked kitchen to the cozy and spacious living areas, every detail was thoughtfully designed. Nice, clean, comfortable, fully stocked house in the heart of Idaho Springs! It is located in 2 minutes walk from eating places, 10 minutes walk to Hot Springs and 30 minutes drive to Loveland Ski area. Melanie is a great host! We received all required instructions and local recommendations and had a great time!

Judy was a great host! We arrived very late, but Judy stayed up to make sure we arrived safely and even took the time to give us a tour of the place. The amenities were listed accurately, and it’s clear that Judy cares about her guests’ experience. A clean and quiet place - we will definitely stay here again!

Julia and Marc were excellent host! Very communicative and very helpful with all our needs. We have no words for how much we loved their cabin. We did not want to leave and already want to come back! We highly recommend this cabin to anyone who is looking for that authentic Colorado experience. The town of Dumont was also an amazing town and had a peaceful quiet retreat!

The cabin was a very cozy place, I would recommend this place if youre stopping by. The view was very magnificent.Stop by if you are visiting the area! Would recommend adding handles to the cabinets, makes it easier to open them up!

We just finished an almost weeklong Stay here! The house was beautiful and everything was well organized. She has everything labeled throughout the house and tons of equipment. Warm floors did not work in master bathroom but weren’t needed. Spices and a variety of cooking tools. Please listen to the host and get 4WD. The drive through the mountain was not bad, but the driveway is very steep. Not bad without snow but 4WD is a must on snowy days. We got snowed in on our last two days and the neighbors came right over to help plow the driveway. They are all super friendly. Please just be aware of the dangers in staying at a mountain resort! We saw tons of wildlife which also included bobcats and mountain lions. These are beautiful animals and this was a beautiful home with a beautiful view. Just respect and distance yourself from the wildlife. The locals here make the place even better. Overall, we loved this home and would definitely stay again!

This place was so amazing, beautiful and peaceful. I can spend all day describing how much I loved staying there. So much space , and things to do in the house. Well maintained, detailed!!!!! I am so happy that I picked the right place first time visiting Colorado. Me, my family and friends had a blast. The hosts were responsive and helpful at any times I needed help or had questions. The views inside and outside of the house were beautiful to watch. We felt right at home and will definitely come back. Thank you!!!!!
