Excellent location, very received host, Mr. Ali is very friendly and helpful, he can give you very good directions and help you with making a great barbecue! The amenities are sufficient and good quality, everything is very clean and well maintained. Access to the private beach is via 2 rows of steps and access into the water is on the rocks (accessible with bath slippers) or from the pontoon. The view is great, you can admire the sea from the terrace or directly from the room

First of all, the location of the house was great, the cleanliness and view of the house were great, having a very nice beach of its own made the stay very attractive and we didn't even need to go anywhere else. Also, Mr. Vecdi is a very nice, friendly and understanding host. I'm sure we will not think of another place when we are on our way to Selimiye again.

I've stayed in this location for a month in winter season and I'm 100% happy with my experience. The place is clean, well-kept and you have everything you need in the flat. The location is great, it's right on the main road in Marmaris with easy access to city center and the beach line. The host and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I'd definitely come back next time I come to Marmaris. Recommended.
