Apartment is very clean and All the Central destinations are within walking distance. Fatih is a very friendly host and his communication with him is very smooth and has helped me a lot. Highly recommend

A lovely spacious apartment in a beautiful old building within the heart of the Kaleiçi (old town). Despite being just a few steps from the many restaurants, the house is tucked away in a quiet side street and the apartment fully double glazed, so noise pollution wasn't an issue. The apartment is well appointed with plenty of pans, plates, glasses and cutlery, and all furniture is clean, comfortable and in good repair. Samet and his charming wife live in part of the same building, so on hand to assist, should you need anything. I can warmly recommend this property and would be more than happy to stay again.

The apartment is in a good location, close to several grocery stores and within walking distance of Antalya Beach. The waterfront walkway is a great place to walk. The apartment has everything needed, and the internet works very well. A key highlight is that Onur responds very quickly to any requests and provides helpful information about local life and amenities

Tuğba was great! A very responsive host and her apartment was lovely! Easy access to the tramvay but also in a quiet area.

We only stayed in the apartment for one night, but it was a great start of our holidays. The apartment looks just like in the pictures, and we could drop our luggage off already at 9am, which was very helpful.

The location is central, the view is excellent, and the amenities of the house were quite sufficient. Natural gas offered a warm stay, the internet and working environment were smooth for remote workers. & Thank you for everything

Ms. Ezgi's apartment is located in a very nice calm and safe neighborhood within 2 minutes walking distance to the sea. The apartment is very fun to enjoy the entrance and exit and garden. I recommend it to everyone with peace of mind.

Spent a great couple of weeks in Üzeyir's place as a group of 3. The apartment was spaceous, had all listed amenities, fast wireless Internet and is in a walkable area with multiple cafes, restaurants, grocery. Üzeyir was very responsive over text and tried to accommodate all our needs. Overall, it was great experience, highly recommend!

Sehnaz is an incredible host. She went above and beyond to make our stay very pleasant and seamless. Her apartment is located at one of the most beautiful locations in Konyalti. Would 10/10 recommend her and her apartment for any future holiday planners

Pros Good location, spacious and the place was well-equipped and had a cute cosy vibe Cons Wifi was slow and barely useable. Small tv with netflix not working. Some kitchen items were not cleaned/renewed

Ekaterina is friendly and quick to respond. She also has workers available on site, who may not speak English but are the salt-to-the-earth, and do everything in their power to make your stay comfortable. The place itself is highlighted by the gorgeous pool. Heated (although don’t expect jacuzzi hot temperatures), with 3 waterfalls and bubbles, long length for lap swimming, this pool is really amazing and left immaculately clean and me and my family we swam in it everyday. It has a decent sized outdoor sauna that seats 4 people comfortably. The house is private, and feels safe. It has 3 homes connected with two bathrooms each and an outdoor shower each. There’s a great restaurant within walking distance and a corner store. Groceries are a short drive away, or a slightly longer walk. Wifi is available. For the price and location this home was well worth it.

We were always able to communicate from the time of booking to the moment we left the villa. When we had a problem or request, they tried to resolve it right away. We had a great week. Thank you so much, see you soon...

gokhan was so accommodating, we arrived the city a few hours earlier than our check in time, when we contacted him, he instantly worked with us to find the best possible solution and then let us check in early. the house itself was pristine, it had all ameneties we could need long term and short term. hes very thoughtful about his guests and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay.

Very nice place, all brand new. Everything was there, kitchen with more than enough glasses, knives etc. Toys for childeren, also for in the pool. We got the fresh eggs she wrote. And even some bread and to drink. Even things like salt etc was there. Very nice pool. In every room an air conditioner. For us it was a TOP place and can recommend it.

Given there were so few reviews, I was hesitant to book this property, but I'm so glad I did! The villa, albeit roadside, is on a quiet road and a 2 minute walk to the main road running through Side. The location is excellent. We never had any bother with public transport finding the location. The property is surrounded by several supermarkets within a few minutes walk, but one just a few doors down to get the essentials, including fresh bread daily. The villa was a great size, but the pool was something else - so amazing. In our opinion, the villa was well equipped with everything you would need. The only thing missing for me was a hairdryer. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a washing machine, iron etc. Finally, the beds were really comfortable, and with shutters in every room, it meant that you could get a good sleep before the morning sun. The villa captured the sun all day long. Totally recommend, it was total bliss and would not hesitate to go again when in Side.

Kerim as Host and Ufuk as driver were very responsible and allways reachable. The house were as seen on the pictures, with a lot of space and a nice pool area. Belek town center is reachable in 5 minutes with car. Small supermarkets can be find directly out of the complex. The house was also very clean and in a good condition. The only two small downsides were that the house is the last in the row of the complex and therefore it can be from time to time a little bit loud bcz of the street next to the house, and that no basic utilities (salt, pepper, oil, washing powder) were available. in conclusion we fully recomment the house of Kerim and you can have an awesome time there

Kerim was responsive and helpful with everything during our stay. The villa is well equipped and clean. The location is good and safe. It is suitable for big family staying.

It was a holiday we decided at the last moment and left. We were greeted by a much nicer house than we saw in the photos, and we even weren't sure if we were in the right place. The house is spacious and tidy. Most of what needs to be found in a house has been considered. There is a very nice and decent environment in the compound. The host welcomed us very well. We felt very comfortable and at home. When there was a problem, they were very resolute. The night lighting of the tennis court was not working, hopefully that will be fixed. I also recommend taking care when driving a click of the cranes on the roads inside the site. Other than that, it's a stay you'll never regret.
