This large immaculate townhouse is located right on the river and walking distance to the ocean. We have 2 large king beds in the sweeping master bedrooms as well as a daybed and trundle in the large loft. There is a desk to use for work if you so choose, but we recommend soaking in a sunset on the dock, a stroll to the beach, or making a short 45 minute drive to Orlando.

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Loved this cottage- it was the perfect place for our family of 4 (including a 4 yr old and 2 yr old). The kids loved the fun bedroom, beach toys, and hammocks! Mom and Dad loved the private location with no traffic and a short walk to the beach (so short, our 24 month old could walk it all by herself!) Everything was clean and well-stocked. As parents to young kids, we so appreciated having things like extra toys, a wagon, books, toiletries, and more; things we were unable to pack or might've forgotten otherwise. We loved the beach, local restaurants, and everyone in the area was so friendly! We even had the opportunity to watch a late-night rocket launch from the beach. If we return to this area, I'll definitely be trying to book the same cottage again! I'm not sure you could get a better deal/location in this area!

This place is well located in the area and with steps to the intercostal waterway. The setting is very nice and the apartment was spotless. We had a good time in the city and enjoyed top restaurants as well as riding horses on the beach. We will be back.

What a great stay! Right on the beach but also super private behind some dunes. House is very clean. TONS of extras, beach chairs, fishing gear, BBQ, etc. I think there is a bit of a pay-it-forward situation going with the beach amenities. To that end we bought and left 2 new boogie boards. Upstairs bedroom gets FREEZING cold if you set the air below 72 degrees. But 72 worked great, just a heads up for future renters. The rentals next door allow pets and we had some snarling/barking dogs in the yard which was really annoying but that's not Mark's fault. Amazing stay, we are already booked for next year.

This place is for people who want to relax yet close enough to all the restaurants and entertainment. The ocean view was spectacular. On larger swell the surfing was very challenging several good breaks right out front. Hedy was friendly and cares about her guests. Yes you are definitely treated more like family. One of the best Airbnb‘s, we stayed in. I went to celebrate my birthday and Lisa left a very special wine glass and a bottle of wine for us, which made my day! Lisa is very friendly, helpful with checking in and out, we were able to get in earlier and leave a bit later. The townhouse has everything you might need and more, tons of stuff for kiddos. Beach supplies, chairs including towels and bug sprays, tons of board games and puzzles. The beach is super close so you can walk and enjoy the outdoors. We will be back!

Rebecca's place was clean. Pantry had lots of everyday items, including spices & aluminum foil available. Washer/dryer onsite located in the garage right off the kitchen. Pool onsite. Would be really pretty in the pool area with a little TLC/weeding. Overall, a nice place to stay. 4 bedrooms was a plus!

We had a wonderful one week stay here. The accomodations were very comfortable and served our family needs well. The pool was a bonus as our grandsons love to swim. Location to the beach was 2 blocks and a little over 5 minutes walk. The 2 parking spots was nice to have. Bryan and Erin were exceptional to communicate with. Highly recommended place to consider for your stay. We would return here on a future trip to Cocoa Beach.
