Vacation rentals with beach access in Sebastian

We had a fantastic stay at Coastal Seahorse! It was perfect for our family of 6, spacious, clean, and super comfortable. The above-ground pool was a great bonus and kept the kids happy when we weren’t at the beach. The location couldn’t be better…just minutes from Cocoa Beach and close to all the shops and restaurants we needed. Everything was easy and convenient. And Genna is a great host…responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth, relaxing stay. We’d definitely come back and highly recommend it for families!

This was a great experience all around. The place was quiet and CLEAN!!! Pool was gorgeous and there are so many restaurants in the area. We had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning to this AirB&B. Highly recommend! The host was very outgoing and very polite. Can’t wait until next time!!

We had a lovely stay at Flower Moon. The space was amazing, very peaceful and relaxing. We only stayed one night, but it’s definitely on our list to return, when we are in Cocoa, for a longer time! Super clean, comfortable space, with easy beach access. It’s close to everything. Perfect retreat for couples. Kris came out to chat with us, super nice guy! Loved the mural painted on the home! Looking forward to future stays!

We had a wonderful time at Julie’s place!! We were able to check in hours before the stated check in and the process was super easy. The house was nice and clean when we got inside and was well equipped with everything we needed! There was beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach games, etc. and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials, salt pepper olive oil, lots of dishes and cooking utensils which made it feel so comfortable and homey. The location is absolutely incredible. Literally like 50 ft from the ocean and felt very private. We went during a prime spring break week and still found the beach to be basically empty most days and felt very private. The place is also steps away from Taco City which was super fun to enjoy after a long day at the beach. And a nicer restaraunt was just a 5 min walk if you’re looking for something a little fancier. This place was incredible and I’m so happy we found it. Thanks so much Julie!! Will definitely be coming back next year!

Erin’s home is the perfect spot to vacation to when you are in the mood to be near the beach. Within five minutes, you’re dipping your toes in the sand while watching the sun rise. This beach stay was by far the best one I’ve ever had, and I felt at home the entire time.

My husband and I stayed for a little get away to be close to the coast for some salt water fishing and this was a perfect spot! The Space was very clean, had everything we needed, and actually looked like the pictures that were online. You’ll see from other reviews that the bathroom is small - and yes, it is small, but we managed just fine. It’s perfect for two guests! We would definitely stay here again.

This location met every need! No need to get back in your car! 30 second walk to beach bars, 5 star restaurant and beach. It felt like a total immersion in Cocoa Beach life style. Apartment was very clean and had all amenities. So much fun!

Great spot by the Melbourne beach. Just walk across the street (crosswalks available) and you're there! You can rent lay-out type beach chairs with giant umbrellas a little further down the beach, just bring cash and give them a random (fake) room number lol. There is a full-size fridge and a microwave, but not much else in the kitchen (kinda set up like a huge hotel room) so if you prefer to mostly eat out and eat cold stuff from the fridge this is the perfect spot for a very reasonable price. We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend to weekend stay there. Our favorite eating/bar spots to visit were Squid Lips...and especially The Shack. The Shack has great vibes and everyone there is just there to have a good time, I suggest trying the strawberry daiquiri if you like sweet. If you love amazing pizza and cheesy bread I highly suggest this small eat-in pizza joint "Straight Outta Philly" Melbourne, 4250 N Wickham Rd. I picked it because they had the best internet picture, did not dissapoint!

Excellent location just a short walk to a remote entrance to a long stretch of beach. We weren't looking for a busy beach and it delivered...just a few people within hundreds of yards of us. The unit was very nice and had very good upgrades. Big kitchen and living room. Bedrooms were a good size and beds were comfortable. Porch area was great for beach toy storage and for hosing off after coming back from the beach. Definitely recommend.

Wow! Did not expect to be so blown away by our stay at John's place. The photos do not do John's amazing lil' strip of Banana River paradise justice. This spot is a REAL Florida getaway, hold all of the neon kitsch and nonsense: the apartment is pristine yet homey, decorated with shells found on the beach, hand-carved wooden turtles, and John's space race adventures. The rooms have nice quality linens and comfy beds, with ample light and good a/c. You can launch kayaks from the backyard, dolphin and manatee watch from the deck, walk 5 min to a quiet beach, and eat at good quality small businesses within a short drive. John has everything: kayaks, life jackets, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, showers and hoses to rinse off post-beach. We were only sad not to get to stay the whole week. Compared to other rentals in the area, this spot is a steal for four people. You won't regret booking – and we'll be back.

Walking in was a true relief--smelled good, super clean, exactly like the pictures! We were able to have a comfortable space to unwind and relax while attending USA Softball Trials at the Jackie Robinson Training Complex. We were in a great location being close in vicinity to training and then also the beach, providing us some much needed downtime. The description was accurate and met all our needs. Washer & Dryer were a blessing! The extra snacks were a hug--my daughter loved them! We would definitely recommend and will stay again.

Amazing place in an amazing place! Extremely clean apartment, across the street from the beach. Even on NYC spring break the beach was almost completely empty and so pristine. We saw a manatee when we were swimming on our last morning. We love this area. Traveled with our 6 yr old, and the hammock and outdoor lounge furniture were a hit. Beach umbrella, chairs, and cooler bag were handy. <10 minutes from a Publix even with bridge construction. We will be back!

3/10/2025 Review of the Yellow Beach House, Cape Canaveral. The Yellow Beach House was a great stay with a very good quiet location and nice amenaties. A ten minute walk and you were on the spacious beautiful Atlantic Ocean beach. The pool area is outstanding with plenty of lounges, a large tiki hut and additional seating and fire table. The house has plenty of linens and cookware to prepare any meal. Sondra, our host was very responsive to any questions or issues. I would highly recommend this house. Roy L.

We enjoyed our 3 days here! The location is excellent- very private and peaceful. We loved watching the lizards play on the patio and how accessible the beach was. Some of the furniture and the bathrooms are dated and/or show wear, but we knew it was the location we were paying for. You can’t beat the views of this unit. We loved everything in the loft. It made a great area to hang out at night! The couches were very comfortable and there was room for everyone to stretch out. Nari is very responsive. The unit washer was died prior to our arrival and he had a new one delivered within 24 hours. We really appreciated that as we were counting on a washer. He answered every question promptly. We couldn’t have asked for a better host!

Incredible private beachfront property with lovely pool, hot tub and tennis/pickleball court. Home was very clean and was equipped with many amenities to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Daniel (the host) and Zak were amazing to deal with. They made sure our stay was a memorable one. A wonderful vacation spot! Thank you Daniel!

This is our second time staying here and we loved it both times. It’s extremely comfortable, with many modern amenities, very clean and a great location on a quiet beach. We hope to return again.

We had a much needed, relaxing vacation in Yusmany’s condo. The place is well equipped and we especially appreciated the variety of beach towels and equipment since we expected to have to purchase our own. Loved the rocking chairs on the porch and the proximity to the beach, pool and condo restaurant. Thank you!

We thoroughly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing beach location. The condo was beautiful, clean, and easy access to a private beach with very little traffic or overcrowding. The condo had everything we needed to make our own meals several nights and was centrally located between two towns with different options for eating and shopping. The host gave us all the information for checking in well in advance and he was in contact to make sure our stay was great.

Nice and cozy condo with a two minute walk to the beach. All beach essentials like towels, chairs and a sun umbrella were included. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. The kitchen was equipped to prepare small and easy meals. Communication with host was friendly, straightforward and fast.

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Perfect stay for cruisers and Universal/Disney getaway combo. We’ve spent a perfect weekend at Melanie’s place after our cruise and it was great, relaxing end of our vacation. Condo is conveniently located near good restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores. Beaches and ocean views are breathtaking! We enjoyed waking up to the sound of waves every morning! Our stay at Indialantic Beach Airbnb was absolutely wonderful. The location is close to pool and beach with stunning views. The home itself was clean and beautifully maintained, with 2 spa like bedrooms/ensuite bathrooms. Our host Olga was fantastic and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway with great hospitality, this is the place to be.
