John was very responsive and friendly. The house was in a great location with beach literally just over the dune. we will definitely start here again next fall.

Great place, enjoyed my stay, very close to the beach. Pleased and would stay again. Two cons, the beds are a little uncomfortable but do able. Also the cleaning fee is a little high when there isn’t much they have to clean specially since there was no towels or linen.

We loved our stay at Noah and Gena's! My husband grew up a couple of blocks away and was very particular about where in SP we stayed. This is a beach block within walking distance to an ice cream shop, sandwich/convenience store, tacos, smoothies, a surf shop and more. Great market on Mondays and Fridays, within walking distance, with fresh fruit, veggies, crab cakes, etc. This setup was especially ideal for us, with a 2 bedroom/1 bath house in the back and a 3 bedroom/1.5 bath in the front. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely be back. If I had to give a con, the only one would be the lack of blankets. Bringing our own was a little cumbersome. Otherwise, 5 stars!

Annette and John are gracious hosts, the property is excellent, and the little touches they provide make for an exceptional stay! Love being at the Jersey shore!
