The house and host were absolutely incredible. Heather was responsive, helpful and extremely accommodating. The house was comfortable, had lots of activities and the location was unbeatable. Thank you Heather for hosting us!

We loved our stay at Theresa’s place. Loaded up our stroller and walked straight down street and onto boardwalk!! A couple of cheesesteak/fast service food spots on the way! Closer to the bay side so nice and quiet as it is away from the night life bars and discos of seaside heights! Perfect for a getaway with little ones!

We really enjoyed our stay!! Stephan was very responsive and accommodating. His place was very well organized and had a homey feel to it. It’s also by the beach, which is walkable. Everything was better than expected and it was simply a perfect place to stay. 10/10! Would stay there again!

This is a lovely house in a perfect location so near the beach. We spent a week here with family and it was so comfortable. Having three full bathrooms as well as a full size washer/dryer really made a difference and the kitchen was so easy to work in. Hoping we will be able to return!

Our family had a wonderful time in this comfortable, beautifully decorated home. We were made to feel welcome with a gift basket of goodies and other little touches. The views of the bay and beach were amazing, along with a boardwalk right off the front yard for wonderful walks. The kitchen is fully stocked which enabled preparing our Thanksgiving dinner very easy. My only recommendation would be to have a Keurig available for ease. We highly recommend Juliana and Eloy as first rate and would return. Thank you for a memorable stay!

We had very high expectations based on the description, pictures and reviews. Everything was Franky outstanding. In addition, George and his wife showed an extraordinary combination of availability and kindness when we contacted them. A terrific place snd and a terrific host!!!

Sleeping with the window open and hearing the waves lapping on the beach was something I’ve longed for…and this spot had exactly that. Right on the sand with whales breaching in the distance, eating bunker while surf casters caught striped bass within eye shot of my bed, was incredible.

We had the perfect getaway. This house is adorable. The location is fantastic. Jimmy could not have been a more gracious host! It was lovely waking up to watch a sunrise, and enjoying our coffee while sticking our toes in the sand. In the evening, we watched the sunset and the moon rise right over the horizon. We even saw a shooting star! This was truly a relaxing and rejuvenating weekend at the beach. We can't wait to come back. Thank you for everything, Jimmy!

Tony & Kat were great hosts! They went above and beyond to personalize our stay and ensure our experience was a good one. The house was the perfect size for our large group. The backyard was great for lounging and outdoor dinners/lunches. Location was walkable to the boardwalk and plenty of parking with the free lot close by. Thanks for a great stay!

Among the best experiences I’ve ever had on Airbnb. The place was absolutely beautiful. It was right on the water, minutes away from the Jersey shore and absolutely stunning. Scoop this place up asap!!

Austin’s place was a lifesaver when another house we booked fell through last minute. He responded immediately to my question about same day availability and let us check in early. House was clean and provided everything we needed. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home and made a ton of memories that we will cherish forever. The host was amazing!! The house was clean and we felt right at home. We loved having the pool and the option for outside dining. Already working on planning our stay for next year!

We had a great time! The house is big, clean and had tons to do for the whole group. The outside is so spacious and the game room was a hit. Carey was super responsive and helpful throughout.

The house is delightful. It was clean, spacious, and it's in a beautiful location, close to the beach and the bay. We had a wonderful stay, and would definitely recommend it to others. Danny is a great host, and was extremely responsive. We would love to stay there again.

Janet was very responsive, readily communicating with me via email, phone, and text. She made extra accommodations for our big group, like being flexible with check in and check out times and offering extra sheets and towels. The best things about the place were: 3-5ft pool that is great for kids, hot tub, convenient shower by the pool, luxurious private elevator (great for my in-laws who are close to their 70s), roof top for alfresco dining, proximity to the beach (one short block), water/theme parks, and ice cream spots, and new-ish feel of the whole place (floors, walls, decor, etc). Much of the boardwalk and the theme park were shut down starting around Labor Day evening, and the beach was almost empty the next day (very peaceful). Overall, we had a great first time to Jersey Shore and highly recommend this place!

A house near belmar beach, everything inside was clean, organized, with plenty of space. Katharine was a friendly host, and always responds quickly. I’m looking forward to booking the house again in the future.

Mike was a great host from answering questions prior to the booking, prior to check in and prior to check out. I grew up in this area all my life and moved south sonI was very familiar with the area. We stayed over the Xmas holiday as we visited relatives for the holiday. One of my criteria was to have an elevator for my 85 year old mother in-law, Mikes property offered that and it was a game saver! I would recommend this location and property to anyone! Top notch all the way!

This was our second stay at The Hideaway. Once again, it has totally exceeded our expectations. We will be back !!!

The place suited our needs with all the beds and baths. Never felt crowded and was a nice open concept. Would definitely recommend and book for any future family gatherings.

We had a really nice time! Place was very clean, well stocked & spacious w great areas to eat, sleep, play games & have morning coffee & catch up on the news! Lots of windows w great views! Beautiful area. Angel was great as well & checked in to make sure we got in & everything was ok.

The house was in a great location. It’s within walking distance of many fine eateries and a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The hosts were very responsive and helpful.

We are so thankful to have stayed at this beautiful waterfront house. The host thought of anything and everything that would be needed for our stay and went above and beyond to take excellent care of us. I would highly recommend staying at this location, or any of our hosts other locations. We can’t wait to come back and are looking forward to our next vacation at the Mermaid House.

This house was perfect for my family to all come together for a visit. It was spacious and cozy. We really enjoyed the decks and fenced in yard.
