Stephanie’s place was exactly as described and great location—very close to beach and Main Street. We had an issue with the shower at one point and she responded quickly and helped us figure it out.

Had a great experience during my stay at wesams home. Very clean and comfortable house !! Location is great, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Place is stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, cleaning equipment. Very responsive host and friendly. Great service 👍👍

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

Perfect for our needs. Walked to the beach, boards and restaurants. Clean. Easy to access. Couldn’t have asked for more.

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

A beautiful apartment on the Jersey shore, a 2 minute walk to the beach. Clean and very comfortable, this is a great find. Highly recommended!

This place was GREAT! Wonderful beach within easy walking distance. Quiet street, yet close to Seaside Heights boardwalk. It was perfect for our young adult children who wanted to play and eat, but nice for my husband and I who just wanted quiet time at the beach. The living room is a bit smaller than the pictures, but the bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchenette is well-equipped. We want to go back next year.

All good. Steps to the beach and boardwalk. One of my favorite things to do towards the end of the day was to sit on the porch and read while listening to the music from the Carousel. Thanks James.

Excellent location—very walkable. The hosts were very quick to respond/help when we encountered an issue with the lock. Overall we had a great stay!

Bobs place was amazing, so close to the beach. 10 second walk and right by food places ect. Super clean, and a friendly family. We had a great time. A good amount of space for 2 people, bigger than expected. The only slight cons were having to find street parking, and that you could hear alot from the level upstairs. Everything else was great though- would definitely recommend and stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We walked to dinner both evenings and watched the sunset over the bay. John did not mention on the website that there is an outdoor sitting area, grill and bikes. That was an added surprise. We were in walking distance to the boardwalk, the bay, icecream, and a exercise park. We had no issues with finding free parking on the streets. Thank you, John! Greg was very responsive of my questions prior to the stay. The place was clean and what I expected. This is a beautiful spot to look out at the ocean I will definitely book this again in the future. Pricing was a little more than usual, however, it was worth every penny.

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb near the beach, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the boardwalk and directly across from the beach. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly welcoming. We’re a family of 4 and stayed there for 2 nights to celebrate an important event in our family. Charleen and Nick made us feel welcomed from the minute we book it up to the day we checked-in. Place is about 100m away from the beach, quiet neighborhood, and the house fits all of us comfortably. We’ll be back here every time we are in Belmar!

We loved the apartment and especially the hot tub in cold weather. Hosts were friendly and very responsive. Apartment was clean and well set up. Since I to keep up with my work, I especially appreciated the quiet office space.
