Had a great time!!! Daniel was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. Perfect location. Was able to park the car and not touch it for the entirety of our stay. Looking to make this a yearly tradition!!!!

Stephanie’s place was exactly as described and great location—very close to beach and Main Street. We had an issue with the shower at one point and she responded quickly and helped us figure it out.

Joanna’s property manager, Lori and daughter Tiffany were EXCELLENT!! Very hospitable and accommodating. The beach and boardwalk literally right across the street. The outside deck was an extreme extension to the apartment and was very nice to see the fireworks right from the deck patio! My grand children came to visit and it was very easy to travel back and forth to the beach and boardwalk!! Excellent!! Had a wonderful time!!

Perfect for our needs. Walked to the beach, boards and restaurants. Clean. Easy to access. Couldn’t have asked for more.

Sean’s house was wonderful! Lots of space to hangout. The house was clean, spacious, and had plenty of amenities. Would love to return in the future!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

Ryan's place was great. Ryan was super responsive and I was recommend his place to anyone that would want to rent in Seaside Heights for the week or weekend! We would 100% rent again from Ryan!

Excellent location—very walkable. The hosts were very quick to respond/help when we encountered an issue with the lock. Overall we had a great stay!

Bobs place was amazing, so close to the beach. 10 second walk and right by food places ect. Super clean, and a friendly family. We had a great time. A good amount of space for 2 people, bigger than expected. The only slight cons were having to find street parking, and that you could hear alot from the level upstairs. Everything else was great though- would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location was easy to find and the beach access was great! It was better than expected and very cute!! Perfect spot for a vacation or peaceful getaway!

Sam was a terrific host and very responsive. The house is just as described and kitchen is well equipped. Best suited for one or two people. Private yard and porch were perfect. Bedroom is large with large closet and an empty dresser - also a large closet in the living room. We had a blackout one night and Sam came by with a flashlight right away, and when I needed instructions or had a question about something, he responded right away. The house is three blocks from the beach and one block from Main Avenue, with shops and food right there. Parking was easy. Highly recommend

I recently stayed at this charming Airbnb near the beach, and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the boardwalk and directly across from the beach. The property itself is clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering a relaxing retreat after a day in the sun. The host was incredibly welcoming. Whether you're looking to enjoy beach activities or explore the vibrant boardwalk scene, this place is perfectly situated for both. Highly recommend for a memorable seaside getaway!

We’re a family of 4 and stayed there for 2 nights to celebrate an important event in our family. Charleen and Nick made us feel welcomed from the minute we book it up to the day we checked-in. Place is about 100m away from the beach, quiet neighborhood, and the house fits all of us comfortably. We’ll be back here every time we are in Belmar!

Great location! Beautiful view of the bay! Beautiful sunset views from the porch. Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay. Very family friendly neighborhood. Looking forward to booking here again.

The apartment is in a very good location, we could walk to most things we wanted to do. The backyard is private and the neighbors quiet. The apartment was very clean and neat, the grounds well maintained. Air conditioners worked great for hot and humid days. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases. towels. The kitchen has the basics (stove, micro, toaster, cutting boards, pots/pans, etc), but no provisions for cooking/making meals like oil, sugar, coffee/tea, so bring your own. Gas grill was available, but we did not get a chance to use it. The bathroom is tight but the rest of the space is typical for the area. Gregory is a great host, very helpful and friendly. We had a sudden problem with the brakes on our car, and he recommended an excellent local mechanic (reasonable price and quick work). Would come back again.

We had such a lovely time here the space was just what we needed very clean, not crowded. The hot tub was delightful. We would definitely come back and stay again. The breezy team was very attentive in making sure we had a pleasant stay the game room is a nice touch as well not to mention the use of the washer and dryer
