Cottage vacation rentals in Seaside

Great location and host. Perfect size home for a family of four. Quick walk to the beach and just steps from the pool. Lots of time spent on the deck which was one of our favorite areas to hangout as a family. Would definitely recommend.

10/10 would recommend! Our 1st airbnb canceled on us 2 weeks before our girls trip and Todd was quick to respond to get us into his place! We were so thankful for them!! SO thankful to have a golf cart during our stay! The heated pool and jacuzzi was a plus also! The beds were comfortable and the house was also clean. Definitely will stay here again, it was perfect!

We loved Courtney’s cottage! It was larger than the photos looked and we were surprised with popcorn which was a huge hit! Everything was super clean and the kitchen was well stocked with spices. We grilled fish one night and yum! The hot tub was great and we really had a blast for our girls’ trip!

We stayed at the cottage for my friends bachelorette trip, and it was the perfect place for our group! From the bikes, to the comfy beds, spacious kitchen and living room, and adorable back porch, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is quick to respond and answer any questions. I would stay here again! It’s beautifully decorated, extremely clean, with plenty of towels, bathroom and kitchen supplies, and is an easy walk or bike ride to the beach, less than 10 minutes. Lovely little cottage!

Jason‘s place was just as described. We loved having use of the bikes, beach, chairs, cart and proximity to all of the things we wanted to do Jason is by far the best host I have ever experienced. Anytime I had a question or needed something he was very responsive. I would highly recommend staying at Jason’s.

Lots of thought went into making sure guest have everything they would need! The only thing missing, I thought would be helpful is body lotion. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our dogs! The suggestions for places to visit and restaurants were great! Beach is within walking distance but the golf cart was a bonus! That made it very easy and quick to get to the beach. On another note, this might be the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Marianne was a great host, super responsive and friendly! We had one extremely minor issue during our stay and it was taken care of and fixed within 10 minutes. It’s dog friendly which was great for us to bring our three pups along with us, my husband and 4yr son caught tons of fish off the dock in the backyard as well as a few crabs. We drove to Destin/Miramar everyday and it wasn’t a bad ride at all. The place was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Very cozy and peaceful, we used the giant hot tub a few times and it was wonderful both with and without the heat on! We will absolutely be staying here again for our future Florida endeavors!

We had an amazing stay—truly one of our favorites! The cottage was clean, cozy, and perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Situated on a peaceful road, it was a fantastic location for hopping between beaches and restaurants with ease. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, which were such great additions to our stay. The screened-in porch was another highlight—an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. Heather went above and beyond to ensure we felt completely comfortable. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with anything we needed. The app she provides with all the house details and how everything works was so thoughtful and made everything effortless. This place is a gem, and we can't wait to return!

It’s a great place to stay with your family. There is plenty of room, cooking wear and things you mess for the beach. It is very pet friendly, so I was able to bring my two miniature dachshunds. The house is close to the beach, but make sure to come early since parking is limited. There is a trail for running and biking around that connects to seaside. Carol was a great hostess.

Kelly & Bryan are awesome host and very accommodating! Would definitely recommend this place to family and friends!

Cassandra was amazing! She was quick to respond, helpful with suggestions, and just made us feel right at home and an extension of the family. The cottage was adorable, functional, and very easily accommodated our family of 4 plus pup. The location was perfectly located in proximity to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor shower is a cool and functional addition to the house. 10/10 Definetly Recommend!

Loved everything about Amy's place. So cute, comfortable & clean. Everything we needed for 2 of us and our pup.. Amy was extremely helpful and responding quickly to all my questions. The location was perfect. So much to do within walking distance - restaurants, shopping, beach, farmers market. We really enjoyed the outdoor live music, food & drinks right at the end of the street. We loved Rosemary Beach and will definitely make it a point to stay at Amy's again.

This place was the perfect location. Close to all the places we were going. Heather was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Tyler was extremely responsive to our questions as this is the first time we ever rented through Airbnb. The unit was exactly as described. Although it had some years on it, we found it to be very clean in all aspects.

This home was everything and more than we could have hoped for! My little family had the best time and truly loved the breathtaking views at sunrise 🤍 We will definitely be back!

Perfect cottage near the beach with cozy spaces to chill out in. Beautiful outdoor space for cooking out and lounging. My little pups loved being outside and making friends with the cat next door. Walking the neighborhood was so fun, looking at the other cottages and, some ginormous new homes. The kitchen was beautiful and had a perfect breakfast table where we also held some fierce dominoes games at night. Location is still so very important and this cottage is perfectly situated for walking to the beach, shopping places and terrific restaurants with ocean views. A place to remember and revisit!

Cute, clean place, a short walk to the beach and multiple dining options! My son said he loved this hotel and wanted to come back!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Claudia’s place. It really is the perfect little cottage at the beach. We were so close to the beach access and had the perfect space to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Claudia was such a great host and made our stay so comfortable. Gave us easy to follow directions, was always available if needed and had all the amenities we could need. Thank you Claudia for letting us stay in your beautiful home!!

It's a privilege to have access to a property in this special place with easy access to the beach and the Seaside community. The master bed was super comfy and the wrap-around porch was nice. We appreciated having some toys for sand castle building at the ready and other little thoughtful things like a great refrigerator and washer/dryer. The Haardt House is part of important social architectural history and was attractive to us for the special access to a little history.

Excellent Airbnb - would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Place is in great condition - ideal setup for a family of four (or two couples). Bikes are in great condition and were enjoyable to get around. However, we mostly walked as Rosemary and Alys are both an easy walk (~10 min in either direction). The grounds are really nice; access to the oceanfront pool and beach access is maybe a 3 min walk. The owners did recommend reserving beach chairs well in advance - this was good advice as more than half of the beach access is claimed by the reserved beach space. Reserved chairs and umbrellas go four rows back; book those as early as your able. The beach access does allow you to bring your own beach chairs (and the Airbnb has some good ones) but it’s crowded, pretty narrow and the prime space is gone quick. Overall - this was one of my favorite Airbnbs. Perfect place to explore 30A!

First time at an ABB. Panama city beach, Pink Cottage was a perfect spot. Kseniya was easy to contact and quick to respond. When we got into our Cottage we had a nice welcome note from the property manager, with her number if needed. She also left a few snacks for us, and our pups, nice touch. The place was nicely decorated and very clean, clean being the most important thing for me. I did worry with it being pet friendly. I have bad allergies to fur, but I had to bring my non-shedding poodles so pet friendly was needed. I was fine and never saw a single dog hair. The four pink cottages are in a great spot. Quite neighborhood, beautiful beach and donut shop 2 blocks away. I would definitely stay here again.

Suzanne was so responsive. Super helpful and yet gave us plenty of space to enjoy our vacation. The oven/stove needed to be replaced unexpectedly and she handled it so well. She went above and beyond making sure we were not inconvenienced. The house is a gem of a spot. The couch is super comfortable and our kids were so happy in their bunk room. Loved having use of the golf cart. Made back and forth to the beach so easy. The ocean was unusually rough for April so we had several double red flag days but we made it work and it helped that the house was so comfortable.

This is our second time staying at this welcoming location … and we cannot wait to return! Karen is responsive and friendly; we immediately felt welcome, amenities were above expectations, and the space was clean and perfect for our needs. Our family and our pets had a great time!
