Villa vacation rentals in Schwaz District

A super friendly host, a large apartment with enough space for 12 people in the perfect location and large garden including barbecue and arbor, a good equipment that left nothing to be desired. Jakob and family were always available for questions, tips and short-term help. Our week was running smoothly. Thank you for that! :)

We spent our ski holiday with 7 people in this beautiful place. There was enough space for everyone and everyone could retreat a little. There was plenty of cutlery and crockery for all people. Towels were also in different sizes. Here it may be advisable to pack a few differently colored clothespins so that you can keep the towels of all guests apart;) The warm ski boot holders are very suitable for a ski holiday! The situation is quiet and secluded. We were able to reach the house well by car, even if snow chains might be necessary in case of heavy snow conditions. Overall, we are very satisfied with the accommodation! Most of all the cleanliness was excellent! Also, we always felt super cared for. We will certainly keep this place in mind when we return to the Zillertal! Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

The accommodation was absolutely perfect – clean, comfortable, and well-located. Chaira is an amazing host, incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

We were five people there, but it could have been ten. The place is easy. Everything, as stated in the description, was present in the accommodation and in very good condition. Our car could be parked right in front of the house. Hosts are very nice and easily accessible. The location is good. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. I would recommend this property with a clear conscience.

It was a lovely trip and a great place to stay. Unfortunately, the heating of the pool is broken when we were there. The caretaker tried everything and we could still use it for one night with a workaround. He was very nice. A little more light (e.g. with a string of lights) above the pool and hooks for hanging towels would have been handy. Otherwise everything was great! ☺️

Very nice, new and well-maintained house in a very good location. Ideal for groups or families with 12 persons.
