Vacation rentals with a patio in Schwaz District

Pavel's place surpassed our expectations and suited us very well (two adults plus a 2-year-old). It is quite spacious, with a big well-equipped kitchen, and we were able to use the main south-facing balcony as the weather was unseasonably warm. Everything you need is in a 10/15 minute walk. And it is competitively priced. I thoroughly recommend it.

5/5 Stars – Fantastic Stay in Wattens I had a wonderful stay at this new and modern apartment in Wattens. The apartment was immaculately clean and beautifully furnished with a sleek, modern design. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and appliances, which made cooking a breeze. The floor heating added an extra touch of comfort, keeping the space warm and cozy throughout my stay. Communication with the host was seamless—they were responsive and helpful from the start. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Wattens. Would definitely come back!

Our short break at Iris' was simply fabulous. Iris was always available and helped us with a handcart, among other things. The place is really nice and our little kids felt comfortable. The swing and Felix the cat were particularly popular. For us adults, the time on the terrace overlooking the mountains in the evening was pure pleasure. If there is an opportunity, we will be happy to come back.

We had a great time in Ingrid's apartment! The accommodation is very spacious, excellently divided and offers all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The location is great, you have everything you need right outside the door. We were also "quickly" in the Zillertal every day for skiing. Ingrid is a super host who prepared everything perfectly. We felt completely comfortable and would come back anytime!

Due to our tight schedule, it was unfortunately not possible for us to meet the providers in person. However, the communication was great and reliable and we were warmly welcomed with a small plate written with chalk “Servus”, as well as with chocolate on the kitchen table. The apartment was even nicer in person than in the photos. Everything was clean and looked inviting and cozy. We had everything we needed and quickly got to the train station, bakery and supermarket on foot. Innsbruck is only one train station away. Thank You!

A great apartment for a few days skiing at Stubai. There are great paths for dog-walking and hiking from the apartment too. Thanks!

We were traveling with a larger group for skiing and stayed in Kirsten's great Blueberry house. The approach to the house is very steep, but there was no fresh snow with us, so it was easily feasible. In the immediate vicinity of the house is the ski bus, so you did not need the car. The place is very clean and you have a great view of the mountain through the panoramic window in the living room. In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need for cooking and there are several coffee machines. Kirsten was always available and helped us immediately if we had any questions. We will be happy to come back!

Top, Wolfgang was easily accessible, accommodation very nice! Private garden, sauna and hot tub make the weekend an experience. Right in nature, hiking trails right outside the front door with great destinations. Parking right outside the door and fully equipped house.

The place was perfect! Very clean, very modern, well equipped and a good location. Anna is a super hostess. She is very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We would immediately choose this beautiful apartment again.

Fantastic house, tastefully decorated, with all the comforts. Had a great week with the whole family. Very nice that each room had its own bathroom and toilet. Had accidents with toilet seat, was handled very smoothly. Very sympathetic all!

Nice place to stay for ski holidays. Close to an elevator at a 6-minute drive. Wonderful bedrooms, but small dining space that was quite dark. Furthermore, very satisfied with the stay.

Beautiful house with enough space and good amenities

We had a great stay. The appartment was spacious and the hosts were very friendly.

The room is clean and comfortable. The host, Johannes, is very kind! The location is also great, close to the Old Town and a supermarket.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

Were in Innsbruck for the weekend. Easy check in, clean apartment. It is about 20 minutes to the city by tram. The apartment was perfect for our stay

Theresa was very nice and helpful, responded very quickly to messages and questions. The bus location and system were practical and I was able to get to the city within 25 minutes
