Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Schwaz District

We were traveling with a larger group for skiing and stayed in Kirsten's great Blueberry house. The approach to the house is very steep, but there was no fresh snow with us, so it was easily feasible. In the immediate vicinity of the house is the ski bus, so you did not need the car. The place is very clean and you have a great view of the mountain through the panoramic window in the living room. In the kitchen you will find all the utensils you need for cooking and there are several coffee machines. Kirsten was always available and helped us immediately if we had any questions. We will be happy to come back!

Cristina is a very friendly and supportive host, who always responded very quickly to the communication. Check-in was very easy and straightforward. Liked the stay, that was sufficient for my family. The surroundings are calm and peaceful away from the buzz of the city, however with good transport options. Will definitely recommend the stay for anyone who wants to visit Tyrol around Innsbruck.

Irmgard's house Is really beautiful and comfortable, and even more than necessary equipped. They also provided us with some useful information about the surroundings that we really appreciated to plan everyday activities. Everything was perfect there and we really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed with three generations 22 people plus dog in the farmhouse and felt very comfortable. The children could play great on the large meadow under the house with the deer, while we adults had everything in view from the terrace over coffee. The house was Easter and lovingly decorated by Isabell. It was very clean and each of us found his/ her place. We had small cooking teams that the kitchen was big enough for. Storage space for all groceries offered two large refrigerators plus ice compartments as well as the shelves in the hallway. For the children, the bed storage offered an enormous gaudi. When using the bathroom, we formed groups, so that no major traffic jams were formed here either. We met Isabell in person on the day of arrival and she provided us with many leisure tips and was also available to us at any time. It was perfect for us, there was nothing missing and we hope to come back soon.

Very nice and cozy place in a great location. It has everything you need, especially a beautiful view. Many ski resorts are quick to reach. Claudia was accessible and helpful throughout. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The place is awesome. The patio view is amazing. Good view of the mountains and the stars at night. The place is super clean! Only small issue was that it was a little Warm at night. The days that we stayed here was warm during the day. At night it does feel chilly, however we didn’t want to leave the windows open because than flies and bugs can come in. So it would get a big muggy sometimes. Probably a portable fan would have been good to have around. Other small issue was the fact that there are other fees that we didn’t pay close attention to. There are Bed linen fees and tax fees to stay there. We are 4 people so it came up to $112 Euros that we had to pay additionally at the end of the stay. Honestly felt it was unnecessary to charge for bed Linens. In order to avoid the fees you would have to bring your own linens. But who brings there own bed linens to an Air BNB? That was a first time for me. These extra fees are in Check-in/Check-out section of the Listing. Kind of hidden.

We felt very comfortable in Franz's place. Franz is very helpful and communication was always quite quick and easy. The apartment is a bit spartan in terms of kitchen utensils, but everything is very clean and everything important is available. The house is beautifully located in the village surrounded by a nice mountain panorama, close to a mountain stream. The garden can also be used and is beautifully maintained. Please note that in the apartment the bedroom on the second floor can be reached via an open spiral staircase. This means that there is no door between the kitchen and the bedroom - which was not a problem for us. We would definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

We had an great stay at the lovely place to stay. Everything was very clean, well equipped and in a great location. You are quickly in the city and can do a lot in the mountains. The hosts were very friendly and always easily accessible. All in all highly recommended!:)

It was a super cute apartment with a good floor plan. Perfect for a family with 2 children. The ski bus is close and Mayrhofen is truly a beautiful place. We loved the stay…

We stayed at Cristina’s place for 4 nights with our two young kids ages 4 and 19 months. Her place was amazing! So beautiful and clean! The scenery was breathtaking. Cristina was a wonderful host and had great recommendations! She even went above and beyond and let our kids play in her outdoor water fountain and brought our kids legos to play with. She made us feel right at home! We loved playing outside and just looking at the beautiful mountains.

Great location in the Alps, with close vicinity to Schwaz, cute and historical town, and for winter enthusiasts Ski resorts too. The apartment is large with amazing amount views; highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my 6-week stay, and I had everything needed for the longer stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, exactly as in the photos. There is a view from every window, a nice seating area in the garden, and very quiet and calm surroundings. Ingo responded quickly to my messages and was very helpful, including local recommendations. It is excellent value for money, and I would love to come again.

An extremely clean and modern apartment. We chose it as we intended to bring our dog and it had a safe, fenced garden. The kitchen was well kitted out and some drinks awaited us in the fridge which was a nice touch. Instructions re check in etc were clear. Although with road works etc it was a little more complicated to find the property than expected. It might help to have an English option of instructions in the apt as everything was in German. A little folder of guest info would also be helpful too - local restaurants, attractions etc. There was a mini-market close by, and a playground, which we discovered by chance. The only issue we had in an overall lovely stay was the bedding. A heavier duvet would have been appreciated. The pillows (only 2) were small and very uncomfortable, more like small flat cushions. The sofa bed was not prepared in advance and bedding minimal. For an expensive apt out of the city I would have expected this to be better. Still a nice apt and good base!

Joachim has informed us from the beginning with a lot of information and good advice for our holiday. With the apartment, you have beautiful views of the Wipptal and the place. It is ideally located for long hikes to the surrounding area. Supermarket as well as various pizzerias are easily accessible on foot. Access to the property is quite narrow and steep, but you can drive a small detour through the residential area, where a large part of the road is significantly more pleasant. Joachim's super helpful mother is a special thank you, with whom we got along so excellently.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. In the morning, have a delicious coffee on the patio while you hear the bees buzz and cow bells ring. It was so quiet and slowing down. You have to be aware that you have to drive relatively much to be able to do different activities, but that is out of proportion to the tranquility you get with the apartment. On a starry night, we could even see the Milky Way. Thanks Else
