Vacation rentals with a balcony in Schwaz District

Regina is a great host, very helpfull. the house is cosy, very Austrian and big enough for group of 13. Very clean and regi na organised all linen and towels. Great stay, would recommend

The accommodation is great. We felt very comfortable. The lady on site is also very nice. However, communication through the system is not very helpful.

I would like to thank Michaela for such an amazing stay at her apartment! She is very nice host who is ready to help with any matter. The apartment was super clean and spacious. It had everything you could possibly need (fully equipped kitchen, ski room for storing your boots and skis). As well, I would like to highlight an awesome view of mountains that opens from every window.

This is the most beautiful airbnb I have ever stayed at and exceeded our expectations. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi was not very good, so don’t plan to do any work on the wifi if you have some. Overall I’d still give this 10/10, host was awesome, place was very clean, and the sauna is spectacular. I can’t thank them enough for letting us stay here. You won’t regret staying at the airbnb.

Quiet and super clean accommodation with a beautiful view and parking spaces. The owner Sibylle and her wonderful father, who lives on the ground floor were very nice. You really feel like at home here. There were 6 of us (3 generations of skiers) and we all had enough privacy (3 bedrooms). We also appreciated the ski storage and ski boots dryer. The ski bus is 450m away (even a 6 year old child in ski boots can manage it), the shop is even closer (closed on Sundays ;). I definitely recommend the accommodation. Fantastic location. BBQ available outside. Nice balconies all roundvwith great views. Walking easily to supermarkets, Ramsau railway sation, tourist Info, bank ATM, cafes. Lovely valley hike nearby walking distance. But, strangely no towels or toilet paper so BYO..

We stayed with Michaela for a week and were warmly welcomed. Check-in went smoothly. The apartment is very clean and spacious and is located in a quiet area on the mountain. Michaela is a very nice hostess. We can highly recommend it and would come back again. Thanks!

A fantastic mountain retreat. The apartment was perfect for myself and two friends for the week whilst skiing. The host was friendly and the apartment was warm and well equipped. The local town had everything we needed and Mayrhofen was only about 5 mins away. A great mountain location that I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

Nice place to stay for ski holidays. Close to an elevator at a 6-minute drive. Wonderful bedrooms, but small dining space that was quite dark. Furthermore, very satisfied with the stay.

We LOVED our stay here! The house was perfect for our large group, and Nadine was even flexible with opening up an extra room on the ground floor for my handicapped MIL so she wouldn't have to climb the stairs. There were several great restaurants within walking distance and the gondola was also within walking distance. The house had everything we needed for our stay, the beds were very comfortable, and the little outside garden and seating area was so lovely and a very nice little retreat to enjoy the weather. Our only complaint was that we paid a refundable 200 euro cash breakage deposit when we arrived, but were only refunded 125 due to a tax that was not communicated to us prior. Otherwise, we highly highly recommend this home, would absolutely return, and even sent the listing to our friends who live locally to recommend to any of their visitors.

The place was just amazing! The house was very clean and well-appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, central and easily accessible. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back and can only recommend the accommodation!
