Patrick is an active owner of a nice wooden house. He always offered to help and advise on what and where to do and give tips on where to go. The place nice and clean. We were in the winter time. When a person is in the cabin for the first time, they do a bit of water plugging in. Patrick was helpful and patient and communicated quickly. It needs to be a little better in the summer. I don't have comments. I can highly recommend! 💪👌👍

We felt particularly comfortable at the place. The location was extremely great with our four-legged friend. I enjoyed the garden with him. We've never stayed so close to a lake. The guest lady was very accommodating and nice so we felt at home. There was nothing missing. :-) Thank you, 🙏 we'll be back !

We absolutely loved our winter weekend away at Marcus’s lakeside house. Check in was very professionally done by the kind lady who manages the apartments. We (mum, grandma and two kids 2+4 ) felt immediately at home. Cosy, lovely and warm, well furnished and spotlessly clean. Plenty of towels, well equipping kitchen and a huge smart tv for evening films. THIERSEE itself is a gem. It felt like a secret location. Not too busy ,despite it being a weekend and all day fabulous sunshine .The lake was frozen and people were out skating, sledging and the cross country course goes directly in front of the house. We were able to sledge directly next to the house with the little kids but we also took a trip to Hinterethiersee where there were some perfect hills for us and the option of a lift and Rodelbahn for the more adventurous. It was stunning there. Like a picture postcard We ate at the Italian restaurant MioMondo which was a short stroll away Delicious pizzas and super friendly staff

Such a wonderful place to stay , nice view from the apartment and we were surrounded by the lovely nature ( Mountains ) . The check-in was easy and uncomplicated ,the apartment has gotten everything we needed,not far away from Kufstein where we could experience the history,nature,old town,shops cafe and restaurants. We could take our Dog with us and seeing him raining and jumping in the snow ment everything to us . I highly recommend ,we will be back .

Thanks so much for the nice days and great tips. The conservatory is so beautiful and really cozy even in bad weather. You can tell that Geri and Elisabeth have lived in the apartment for a long time. Everything is very well thought out and the furnishings of very high quality. E.g. underfloor heating in the conservatory and bathroom, super equipped kitchen, cozy beds. Thanks again, we'll be happy to come back.

As we travel with a big family, for us accomodation it's important. The best view so far from our apartment. Plenty of parking spaces, easy to check in, pristine cleanliness and the most important- the apartment had all we needed. With 3 kids, we have to cook for ourselves mostly as they are very picky- on this note the place was great. Kitchen with all necessary to make our stay confortable. A lot of space for kids to walk in between the rooms, spacious, light, comfy, quiet. Just what we needed. The host was very easy to approach, we even got a breakfast after the cutoff, as in the first day we had no groceries prepared. We will definitely retun, same place to stay. 30 minutes from best tobogganing place ever- Soll and Going. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed staying at the place! The only thing I can say is that it's a little clairvoyant. Not through the walls, but the door didn't necessarily leave noises outside now. If someone with noises has a problem, and wants to go to bed early or sleep in for a very long time, then I would probably advise earplugs.

It’s really nice location, place , accommodation. Everything was good , just the dishwasher was not good. And it were a lot dirty dishes and we should wash it with hands.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is centrally located directly on Lake Achen. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, the apartment was clean and all people on site very friendly. ☺️ A short info on the costs of bringing a dog would be helpful. However, we had not asked in advance. We will be very happy to come back and would like to thank Andreas and team for the relaxing stay 😍

The view from the balcony is amazing. It was also nice to have a public swimming pool within walking distance and a lake walkway about 10 minutes away by car. The first floor of the accommodation also seems to be able to relax comfortably with children. You can see a lot of stars in the night sky, so this is an accommodation I want to visit again.

It was very good stay

We had a great stay. Check-in was super easy , great communication. Large apartment for the four of us, toddler and baby. Everything available in the kitchen and cozy. We were able to make great trips. For our son there was a great games room and playground outside. We would come back and highly recommend it, especially for families!
