Very modern and clean studio offers a comfortable option for those who like peace and quiet but still want to be close to the city center where all the restaurants and dining options are. The accommodation is situated in a quiet residential area, just a 10 minute walk to the city centre and sea. The studio looks just like the photos - new, clean, tidy and modern. The accommodation provided all the necessary comfort. There is an easy parking directly on the street in front of the entrance. There was also a supermarket just across the street which was very convenient. We were very happy with the self check-in, it was very easy and flexible.

Words can’t describe how wonderful this villa was. It was everything we hoped for and more. The view was fantastic, the living space was luxurious and the location was prime. It was so good I wanted to pack up and move in for good.

Erika's place was perfect to explore Agios Nikolaos. Less than a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach, and a 10 minute walk to everything else you could need. You could park directly in front of the unit and she had everything ready to make yourself at home - fresh linens, plenty of towels and everything you need in the kitchen. The place is modern, incredibly clean and peaceful. Erika ensured I had everything needed for my stay. Would highly recommend!
