Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Scarborough

Thank you Lisa! From the moment we arrived we settled straight in. Everything we could possibly need from all kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, plenty of extra towels, bedding, cleaning products, toilet rolls, even a toothbrush in the little bathroom drawer! We loved the garden and even enjoyed picking apples from the tree and cooking them. I have already recommended your lovely house to other people and would definitely return if in the area. Thank you

We have just come home from a couple of days at Jane’s place and it was so cosy, clean and lots of lovely touch’s, along with a thoughtful welcome pack, everything was of a high quality and beds were so comfortable. Lots of extras that have been missing at other accommodations suck as tea, coffee etc.. lots of thought also went into accommodating our dog and the towels etc… we’re a huge help given the weather! We braved the high winds and a significant power cut, but were fine at Crabtree cottage. The local pub was very accommodating and friendly when the power eventually came back on. The wood burner was so cosy with the gale blowing, was difficult to leave! We would gladly return and would highly recommend it.

what a great place to hold our first family reunion. our host Victoria was very accommodating with respect to change of check in time and always responded quickly to questions. The property was ideally placed for walking round the local area and there is so much to do within a short drive. The train station was within walking distance for our party members who don't drive so no problem for them. All in all a thoroughly enjoyable experience with Victorias place. Top Marks.

Lovely house on a quiet road. Finding parking spots on the road was easy too. Just a very short walk to the town and beach meant it was well located too. Clean, modern and smart, with a private outside space too.

Lovely place to stay and close to Scarborough. Responsive host. Close to a kids playground and private off-road parking. On a road so a bit of traffic noise but nothing major. Very pleased with stay and would definitely stay again.

A fantastic place to stay, easy walk into the town. It also has parking which is a big plus for Whitby. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely 'home from home', perfect for a short (or extended) stay. Clean and tidy, everything you need and more Great location and so quiet. Within easy reach of city centre and local pub. Highly Recommended

Perfect location for beaches.we made numerous visits day and night .parking was very easy and sally was very quick to communicate in a clear way .would definitely recommend it for a stay in Scarborough.and good location for visiting Whitby and Robin Hoods bay .Very clean and tidy house with super comfortable beds and duvets.Thank you Sally

Thanks for a lovely stay Mark. We loved the decor in the house and great location which is very close to peaholm park and handy for the convenience stores and restaurants/takeaways. Mark was very accommodating and responsive which we appreciated.

A great host combined with a great location. Frank was very responsive and helpful. There was a comprehensive guidebook about all amenities and when the guidebook couldnt answer questions frank was always quick to respond and patient while explaining. The location is phenomenal, right on the edge of everything so its not too noisy and its not too quiet. Excellent place.

Lovely flat with great views over harbour. It was so easy to get everywhere, not just within Whitby to the shops, beach, pier etc but also for transport to other areas. We parked up on arrival at Pannett Park then just left the car there for the whole week. We got buses to Staithes, Runswick Bay, Sandsend and Robin Hood's Bay. There were also buses and trains going to the North York Moors so you don't really need a car to get anywhere. The flat itself was very clean, tidy and well appointed . The beds and huge sofa were extremely comfortable.

Immaculate property which had everything we needed. The welcome treats were very much appreciated. The showers were amazing. Secure parking was a bonus. The location was excellent just a 20 minute stroll to the centre of town although there are many bars and restaurants on route. We had a fabulous stay and would thoroughly recommend.

Another fab stay at Frank’s apartment - third time my sister & I have visited! Will definitely return & would highly recommend. Comfy bed & everything you need for your stay including a bottle of wine. We recommend the Raj which is a few doors away and also the North South cafe/bar which is next door. A few minutes walk from the Minster and the centre of York and a 10 min walk from the station.

Amy’s place was perfect for a very last minute trip to York! Only a few minutes walk to the centre so was ideal for what we wanted. The Christmas tree and decorations were a lovely touch and made it feel very homely! Clear instructions for everything and a super comfortable bed. Although was just the two of us, I highly recommend for a small family too. Amy was super responsive and incredibly friendly. Thanks again!

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

Great people and great place to stay. The apartment is very comfortable indeed including all toiletries and basic kitchen stuff like cereal, milk, tea, coffee, sugar etc... The apartment has a secure parking spot and being located in the centre of York, this is invaluable if you have a car. Perfect location with about a 10-15 min walk to the Minster and just a couple of minutes to the centre of town. Have no fears booking this apartment. The communication with Chris and Dagi was also excellent.

Great couple of days in a fabulous apartment in the centre of Malton . Immaculate throughout the apartment had everything we needed. So central to everything. Diane was helpful and incredibly friendly Great milk, tea and coffee already there , which was all we needed as we are out all the time . We visited around Christmas and the the apartment was really pretty with lights, tree and little decorations. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and we will definitely book again.

A fabulous stay in a wonderful clean, stylish and well appointed apartment. Simply superb. We cannot recommend this place enough. Ideally located to central York (just outside the city walls). If we had to find a negative (and we really would struggle to find any) it would be the addition of a mat for the bath when showering. But this is only as I am the most accident prone person and if anyone is going to slip it will be me! I could trip over thin air! We will definitely return. Thank you so much.

We had a lovely weekend at Lee’s place. It was clean and comfortable. There is plenty to do around the area and a short walk to the beach.

Great apartment at a good price and located just outside the city walls. Quiet despite being on a busy road thanks to the double glazing. Rooms were spacious and bed was comfy. Fully recommend this place if you’re visiting York.
