Fantastic apartment, location is perfect, will definitely be coming back , only bit which is not the owners problem is the additional Air B&B fees, but that aside, it’s the perfect private retreat. Will definitely recommend to good friends and family.

Absolutely stunning stay! This beautifully renovated Georgian property offers breathtaking coastal sea views, blending elegance and comfort in every corner. Lovely property and a fantastic location. Lots of little extras including the fabulous snooker room and guests bar. Huge sports hall which we didn't have time to use, laundry area. Everything has been thought of here. Gorgeous grounds. Extremely clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. Can't fault it and would love to come back in summer when the swimming pool is open! A really special place to stay, thank you for accepting a very short notice booking :)

I booked the apartment on behalf of my parents and it was ideal for them. The apartment was clean and furnished well as described in the listing. Easy parking right outside the door and bedroom balcony looking out into small private peaceful garden. All the amenities were a short walk to the bottom of the complex. Easy to get into with clear instructions in regards to the keys.

Absolutely stunning cottage, peaceful and beautiful surroundings. spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the little touches of wine bread, butter and milk being there for us as well as a dog bowl and towel were so thoughtful. Bedrooms were so spacious and immaculate, and the beds were so comfortable. A few lie-ins were had! Would definitely stay again and would recommend. I can imagine it being amazing for a Christmas stay - it just has that feel to it. Thank you David and Phillip.

Absolutely loved our stay at Charlotte’s place! Already fans of the Bay village, so knew we will love it. Charlotte’s place was spotlessly clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Charlotte was very helpful about the EV chargers. This was my first longer trip in my EV, so I had to see if there will be chargers. There were two almost outside the property. Reasonably priced too. Will definitely look to come back again

We really enjoyed our stay at Anne’s house; it’s a fab place in a great location. It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The coffee, tea bags and milk were a thoughtful addition and the biscuits were delicious and very well received - thank you! The village itself has everything you need; several pubs, lovely fish and chip shops, a co-op, park and post office all within walking distance and flamborough is a great location to easily drive to Bridlington, Scarborough and Filey. We like to get away to the east coast once a year and this was probably one of the best places we’ve stayed! Thank you so much Anne for sharing your house with us.

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful seaside home. There were lots of lovely touches such a doggie treats and a bottle of wine. The beach was just a few steps away and we were lucky with glorious weather. BUT even if it had been rainy it was lovely and cosy with board games and books on hand. Highly recommended!

Fantastic host, great communication in advance of booking and warm and friendly. House felt so comfortable for us as a family of four (11,12). Totally set up for families, tons of toys for small kids, board games, Xbox. It felt so easy, which is a joy when going away as a family. We took the train to York from nearby Seamer and had a fab day out. Recommend the York Chocolate Story which was informative and fun, lots of samples and making your own chocolate lolly at the end! Also visited Flamborough to see ‘the drinking dinosaur’ cliff formation. Take a right from the car park past the lighthouse. We spent a good half hour in the other direction peering at cliffs 😆. Had great sit in chippie in Filey at CJ’s. Felt proper Yorkshire to have a meat and potato pie! Beach is walkable to and is ginormous. We went to the pool every day and used tennis courts. Again everything needed was in the house. Thanks for a lovely stay.

What a fantastic view and so easy to access the wonderful beach. Vanda was an exceptional host, very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. Vanda was very kind and allowed us to get into the property before the check in time as we had elderly parents with us which we really appreciated. The property was very well presented and the log fire was lovely to have on in the evening. The weather was amazing considering it was October! The bottle of wine and biscuits were a lovely welcome gift. We will definitely return to this idyllic little spot! Thank you Vanda.

The cottage was cosy, clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy and the location was ideal for a quick trip away. I would definitely stay again.

Our third stay in Teresa's beautiful apartment, which we love. It's peaceful, spotlessly clean and very well equipped, with a great kitchen and bathroom too. The beach and Scarborough centre are within easy walking distance so you can leave the car behind and enjoy a stress free break. This apartment is one of our favourites and Teresa is a wonderful host, friendly, kind and helpful. We hope to be back soon.

We have just returned from a 3 night break at Richard's apartment. Absolutely brilliant, feels like a home from home. Great space, very comfortable, perfect kitchen and dining table if you are wishing to eat in. A direct walk into the city, approx 15/20 mins, pretty much all flat terrain. We travelled with our 4 year old who managed the walk each day. One thing to note, and by no way a criticism, the apartment is on the top floor (3 short flights of stairs) in a quite narrow space (no lift). Fantastic apartment and location, highly recommend.

Lovely place. Beautiful location. Lovely walks without having to drive anywhere. Nice village location, 5 minute walk to a nice pub. Good place to stay solo. Highly recommend, would stay again.
