Susan was a great host. Lovely full english breakfast in the morning, and good recommendation of a pub down the road for tea. She even made me a ham sandwich and pastry for lunch. Would fully recommend

A lovely relaxing break away. The rooms were very spacious and had everything we needed. The double bath was a real treat and just perfect after a day walking along the cliffs. Jane was extremely friendly and welcoming but also left us to our own devices. I will definitely recommend to others.

Maxine's place was exactly as described and perfect for our needs for one night in Scarborough. Chose this accommodation as we were attending a music concert and it was in walking distance of the Scarborough open air theatre where the band were playing. Great location for anyone wanting an overnight stay after a concert.

We stayed here for 2 nights to attend a family event. Couldn't fault anything. Massive comfy bed and beautiful quality bed linen. Fresh milk, which is a bonus and lovely large shower with quality toiletries.

A true gem! The most beautiful, characterful home in the most wonderful setting. Jane was the perfect host and provided delicious, home cooked breakfasts and so many local recomendations for walks and the best pubs. We loved every moment of our stay and will be back again soon for another stay!

Katy & Stephen are really friendly and made us welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast provided with lovely home made bread and jams. It's in a lovely area, with lots of great walks to explore.

Spent a very comfortable night at Mulgrave, wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Spacious room, great shower and a lovely breakfast. Surroundings are very tranquil lovely spot to relax.

We had a great stay at Zoe’s b&b. We were greeted on arrival and felt very welcomed. The property is tasteful and beautifully maintained as well as spotless. We had the most perfect stay at The Larch Room. Beautifully located in a pristine hamlet with the most amazing host. We felt right at home from the minute we arrived. Hannah was always responsive and gave us the warmest of welcomes, with her wonderful family. I cannot recommend Hannah’s scrambled eggs on toast enough 🥰 so far as to say it would be worth the drive from the Lake District just to have it again! There has clearly been love, care and attention put into the The Larch Room and if ever in the area again we would not hesitate to book straight away and advise you to stop looking and just book it too 😌. Thank you again.

Staying with Sandra represents excellent value.A good choice at breakfast, including cooked, not just continental. Sandra is very accommodating re meal times. As a bonus, you may even get magic tricks at breakfast, performed by David, who is a full time entertainer.

We had a lovely stay, everything was spotless and the room was really nice. Rachael left coal for us in the main room if we wanted a fire in the evening and was very welcoming at breakfast. Breakfast was lovely and everything was as described. Would definitely visit again!

Malcolm is a very kind and friendly host. He goes the extra mile to make guests feel welcome. Very helpful in all aspects. Comfortable room with good storage, a fridge, tea and coffee making and nice bathroom, freshly cooked breakfast. Convenient parking space. Would recommend this Airbnb.

Amazing mattress I didn't want to get up and go work. Amazing host. Not everyday youve got Sky Tv in an Airbnb. Amazing stay as a football fan I was able to watch my football games. Clean room clean bathroom clean kitchen. Special cutleries for the guest. Always available to help in anyway. If im in York again id definitely would love to stay over.

I had a refreshing stay in this super little bunk room with a comfortable bed and en-suite shower room. The location is stunning and couldn't be more peaceful. There's plenty to do in the local area. Philip is a great host who communicated well and let me know about some TV filming that would be taking place the following morning. It all added to the interest and didn't disturb my visit. Well worth the money.

Quite simply perfect !! What an amazing find hosted by a beautiful soul .... Karen Everything about our stay with Karen was first rate. We absolutely loved our breakfast, so fresh and plentiful. Nothing was too much trouble for Karen. She was a great help with tips on where to eat and places to visit too. Great location and not too far from many other places to visit. Its not often we come away from a place and say to each other "that felt like home" Thank you
