Worth the money. About 10-15 min from the center. Quiet place at nighr; you can hear passing cars during the day. Some construction going on on the site, but it is nicely separated and does not bother you much. I would book it again.

Phenomenal place that provides best of both worlds. The house is very cozy and located in a quit neighborhood at walking distance from downtown/beach ( 20 min). Close enough to walk, but away from the noise and crowds from town. The patio, open space and pool is great to live outside in a very confortable way. We use the pool a lot in the morning, coming back from the beach and before bedtime. Super relaxing and great to cool off. The amount of birds around the house singing was also a great treat. There is a house in construction in front of the property, there is noise coming from it, but it is not to bad. They tend to start later in the morning and were finished when we came back from the beach. Rene is also very helpful and reactive. Provided us all we needed in terms of support and info in a heartbeat. Overall, I really recommend this house, its location, set up and surroundings makes it the perfect spot. You’ll love it.

Excellent location a 4-minute walk from downtown, far enough to get to all the sites and at the same time rest with peace of mind. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for both a short and long stay. Finally, Carlos was always ready to help from the moment we arrived, and even helped us in a timely manner with a problem we had. In conclusion, an excellent accommodation; highly recommended.

Ana, was a gracious hostess, bent over backwards for us non-speaking spanish people, with the locals (taxis) and arranged all the trips as well as the from and back to the airport!!!👍 This property and accommodation(s) are as unique as you could imagine. Spending time with the jungle animals, birds and even things in the night that you just don’t know exactly what it was. Highly recommend but for us older people, a golf cart is my suggestion if you don’t have your own transportation. Lovely stay and hope to get the opportunity to visit again. Ron & Yvonne (BC Canada)
