Kayla’s home was so so so so beautiful words could not describe how amazing the location and home is. We spent most of our days in the beautiful pool and hot tub! Kayla was also very attentive with answering any questions or helping in any way she could!

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

20/10! Gorgeous house with a ton of space right in downtown Passe-a-grille! Totally walkable with gorgeous white sand beach just one minute walk away and food and coffee right downstairs. Adorable rooftop bar right next door. Peaceful and quaint. Daniel is an amazing host and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.

This house was everything we wanted and more. Our family had a wonderful vacation and Ven was beyond outstanding to deal with! Communication is huge to me and he is beyond helpful in any situation. 1000000% Recommend. Thank you for a wonderful vacation home!

I had a large party of 4 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house itself was stunning. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Definitely would recommend others to stay here.

Ulrike's apartment was perfect for two couples. It was very clean and well maintained. The high quality furnishings were comfortable and met out needs. The view was outstanding! Parking under the first floor was a big plus, with an elevator to our floor. We felt safe and had privacy.

My two boys and I truly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, tidy, roomy, well-equipped, and conveniently located. The community was quiet and peaceful. My boys loved the pool and I loved the hot tub. We were extremely pleased. While we were given a unit that differed from our original request, we understood the reason given and we were in no way disappointed with the new arrangement. The unit was perfect for us and we would definitely return. Bea and her assistant were quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival. We had no issues during our stay, so we never needed to communicate while we were there. Check-in and check-out were both extremely easy.

This place was perfect! Beautiful and peaceful backyard with a pool, we didn’t get to enjoy it but overall this place was beautiful.

Beautiful spot, not far from numerous restaurants and things to do. Not far from the Charlotte Event Center. Good amenities, stocked cupboards (coffee filters, seasonings, etc). Definitely would stay here again if we visit.

We just wrapped up a very nice one week vacation and stay. Kathleen and her husband were incredibly flexible at both check-in and check-out and they went above and beyond to help us. Throughout the trip Kathleen and her husband were very communicative and they came to the property onsite several times to assist with a few small property challenges that came up which were out of their control. The pool and patio area is the highlight of their property. It is so peaceful and cozy and the pool was the perfect temperature and very well maintained. The second highlight of their place is the kitchen which is by far the best stocked kitchen at an Airbnb we have ever experienced. Third, we very much appreciated the abundance of beach gear and baby/kid gear they have onsite. The setup of the house is slightly non-traditional with some sliding doors to shut rooms off but overall we had a great stay. 5-7 minute walk to beach is accurate. Beds were very comfy.

Great clean place to stay at and they were very fair on price

The Tangerine Dream house is a true gem. We enjoyed our stay, and couldn’t have asked for a better location. A short drive to both Lido and Siesta Key beaches, but even better is to be in walking distance of the main downtown area and so many restaurants. House was quiet, well kept and had everything you would need, including beach chairs and toys. We will definitely be booking this place again!

We were new to Sarasota rental and came down for Christmas week as family of 5 (3 adult sons). The place was perfect fit. 2 baths/showers; pool and patio; 5 mins to plazas and 10 mins to key places. Roma was quick when we had questions. Will stay here again.

The Tree House was really cute. The GPS directions took us to the front of the house and there was a little sign with a quaint path around to the opposite side of the unit to access Unit B. (There is an alley way, so you can park around back.) The stairway up is actually entwined in a tree :). There is beach access about 2 blocks in one direction and a nice playground, basketball courts and bay views about 1.5 blocks in the other direction. The listing said there were two bedrooms and a couch. I assumed a pull out, but it is a sectional which you can configure to a queen or just a twin and sheets to put on top. We opted to put our three girls in the king bed and take the queen for ourselves. Had all the dishes, towels, supplies we needed. Really appreciated the wagon to tote our things down to the beach! Would stay here again!

My wife and I would absolutely stay here again. The host was very responsive and available to answer questions. The accommodations included everything we needed. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and very close to the beaches and everything we wanted to see. This host has literally thought of everything a guest might need! The house is comfortable and clean.

Our crew really enjoyed their stay at Dawn's home. It is spacious with plenty of room for each of the crew to find some alone time. It is beautifully decorated as shown in the photos. They loved spending time by the pool in the evening enjoying the quiet and golf course view. Dawn is a great host, very responsive and proactive. Would love to stay in the home on a future trip to the area.

The home was amazing, neat and clean. Had everything I needed and more. The pool area was super nice and had a tropical feel to it, so relaxing. I was especially pleased with Karin's communication, kept me well informed and responsive. I would definitely plan to come back and stay next time I visit Bradenton.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pink Flamingo house. The house was well supplied, and clean. I would definitely recommend this house for any one that has a bigger family to accommodate for. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. Yvonne was very easy to work with and always responded when we had questions.

This location was perfectly centrally located for our needs. Was within 10 minutes of all the things we were in town to do. Host (Kim) was very responsive and helpful. The house is perfectly sized for four, small but not tiny. Everything that we needed was there and then some. Sweet little beachy touches throughout. Beds are very comfortable! Neighborhood was very quiet! Easy to find and plenty of parking, one car in the drive, and street parking was not crowded. Will definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

Very nice place. Very clean, and sticked with everything you need. With an amazing rooftop view of the ocean. Pool was heated. Loved this area and the beach was only literally across the street. We are from this area. And we enjoyed our stay very much Rex was a wonderful host.
