Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sarasota Beach

I would stay here again! The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, game room had lots for our family to do, close to the beach, lots of outdoor space and plenty of parking. Pamela was quick to help when we needed something. The dock was spacious and easy to get to and we had fun fishing and kayaking.

Amy's place was perfect for our extended family Spring Break trip. It was easy to get to beaches, plenty of local restaurants and activities, nearby grocery stores and gas stations. The pool was the perfect place to sit and cool off at the end of a long hot day of sight seeing and exploring. Plenty of space for the 8 of us to relax and spread out. Definitely would consider coming back to Amy's place on a future trip!

We stayed 7 weeks and felt right at home from the minute we opened the front door. Communication was immediate and courteous. And we texted even before our arrival, so NO surprises. Very well stocked (towels etc) with plenty of starter supplies. Both bathes stocked (shampoo, conditioners & body wash). Laundry products, t-paper, after sun, band-aids, 1st aid etc. Nice blender that I used daily for my smoothies. Beds and furniture very comfortable and clean. Best home away from home for us! Quiet neighborhood and great place to stretch out on vacation instead of being cramped in a hotel.

This was a great house for us. Very clean. Very open floor plan for the living areas. The kitchen was well appointed with what I needed to cook our meals. Nick was very responsive in answering or questions. Would definitely stay here again.

This place was nothing but amazing the host was very responsive and accommodated us to check in earlier my kids love the pool it was great kept them quite busy , the open kitchen concept out looking the pool was so nice when I was meal prepping and trying to watch the kids

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean and the backyard/pool was terrific. It was wonderful to relax in the backyard while the kids played in the heated pool! The house was an easy 20 minute drive to Lido beach and Siesta Key. Marko was a gracious host and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Mike's Paradise Home in Rotonda for 3 weeks and wish it could've been even longer. The house was very lovely, well maintained and well stocked inside and out. The large screened in lanai was fantastic and the pool was a bonus. We especially loved having our morning coffee and breakfast out there and watching the gorgeous sunsets in the evenings. This home has got to be one of the first homes we stayed at that I didn't feel the need to wipe anything down or clean before using. It was very clean from top to bottom! The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe. Lots of friendly people when we we were out taking our dog for walks. Would we recommend Mike's place? 1000%!!

We booked this last minute and the quick and consistent response and communications was awesome. He even helped since we were arriving late get us all set up with no issues. Beautiful view, great little cozy town with lots to do. We are definitely adding to our "return to" list!

Our stay here could not have been better, the accommodations were perfect, exactly as advertised. It is absolutely a hidden gem right in the middle of beautiful Pass A Grille! And the on-site Resturant did not disappoint, absolutely amazing food!

Wonderful hosts. The Berkeley Beach Club team, the staff from The Dewey restaurant and the rooftop bar servers were all great, helping us celebrate our anniversary with special treats, flowers, breakfast service and great warmth.

We have been going to St. Pete for years and this is our new favorite spot! Charming location and beautiful condo. Was perfect for our family of five with three small kiddos.

Found this wonderful place at a last minute! So wonderful! What a blessing. Place was well thought out, very accommodating for any sort of needs. Very dog friendly. Hosts (as well as other guests) were very sweet and and really enjoyed getting to chat at breakfast with all. Breakfast was always warm, delicious and wonderful. Wonderful homemade rolls every day. Great way to start your day. Very close to the beach as well.

Ken and Andrea were truly outstanding hosts; incredibly communicative, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. It brought back memories of staying at a friend’s house growing up; warm, welcoming, and easygoing. We had our own private section of the house, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious and very clean, and the entire home was peaceful and quiet. The location is also ideal, just a quick 10-15 minute drive to either St. Armands Circle, Siesta Key Village, or the UTC Mall. Would absolutely stay here again.
