Our stay exceeded our expectations. Everything was better than pictured. It was perfect for our short anniversary trip. If you love the ocean we recommend going to Fisherman Village in Punta Gorda. We ate at Harpoon Harry’s and watched the sunset. We are already looking at a time to come back.

Home away from home. Clean, comfy & cozy. Pool & hot tub calm, peaceful & relaxing. Centrally located to lots of places & things to do. House is spacious & provides all you need for your stay. Grocery stores within minutes. Located close to most of Floridas most beautiful & best beaches. Bradenton is a beautiful community, calm and peaceful and feels very safe. We loved everything about our stay & highly recommend this place. The host is extremely nice, accommodating and quick with response. We were very happy vacationers & look forward to returning in the future. Some highlights in the area…. The Fox Mercantile, Bradenton Pier, Sand Bar Restaurant, The Donut Experiment, Anna Maria Oyster Bar, The Daiquiri Deck, The Lobster Pot. Cortez Kitchen has the best Grouper Sandwich & Chicken wings. Every beach was clean, calm & peaceful. Anna Maria Beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, Siesta Key & St. Pete Beach A vacation worth a million plus more words ♥️

This was our first time vacationing on Anna Maria Island. We truly enjoyed our stay! This house was great! It matched the photos I saw online very well!! Whoever decorated the house did a great job (which is something I appreciate) - it has a cool Florida "beach vibe". It was also very neat and clean! I really enjoyed the screened in porch overlooking the pool. We had our kids and grandkids with us and the grandkids loved the backyard area especially the heated pool!! We rented a golf cart while there and were really glad we did. I liked the location of Holmes Beach - it is in the middle of the island and close (with golf cart) to all the restaurants and shops at the north end of the island. The hosts (Beach Boutique Rental's) were also really good to work with - from check-in instructions to keeping me informed after the hurricanes about the status of the rental and island. We all are looking forward to coming back!

We celebrated our 15 year anniversary at Tricia and David's tiny home and it was so peaceful and relaxing. Quick ride over to the beach to walk on the shore and to grab dinner. It is also close to downtown and other fun outings. The hot tub was a great way to end each day!

we came down for a small family get-together for my sons 4th birthday. this spot was kid friendly and very spacious. not only was dorian's home absolutely beautiful, but she was so accommodating and always had a fast response to any questions or needs we may of had! everything was fully stocked, clean, beds were comfortable, had plenty of floaties, and accessories for the beach which came in handy! the outside/pool area was our favorite and where we spent most of our time. for anyone wondering, the pool was the perfect depth and length, and the hot tub was very spacious!! 10/10 recommend this place and to choose dorian as your host!!

Our stay at the Breezemont home was everything we expected and more! We travelled with four young adult children and two doodles. The home was immaculate, extremely spacious, and even more accommodating than the description. The pool was the perfect temperature and offered enough noodles for all of us to enjoy the peacefulness of the neighborhood. The gym was perfect for our two gym rats, and of course, we all took the cold plunge challenge! The hot tub was also amazing and the kids loved taking the scooters for a few rides. Honestly, I can say we utilized and enjoyed every single amenity! Overall the home was PERFECT. From all of the amenities to the immensely cozy couch (March Madness), comfortable beds, and impeccable communication….if you’re considering booking this home…don’t have regrets..,book it and enjoy!
