Monthly Rentals in Sarasota Bay

Wonderful condo. The unit was clean and comfortable. The amenities were wonderful. Even had coffee and tea available! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Special details such as locked storage space, assigned parking, and a cart to transport luggage to the unit was very nice. A great two weeks in Sarasota. Thank you.

A charming condo on the Bayou where it meets the Bay. Mario‘s condo is well appointed and well stocked. The layout is lovely. The open kitchen leads into the living room and from there the terrace. The view from the terrace is quite impressive, peaceful and soothing. You can see pelicans actively diving for fish, particularly at the end of the day. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is large. Nice to have a walk-in closet. Mario is extremely personable, attentive, helpful and accommodating. Good to have a a pool, jacuzzi and gym. There are a number of restaurants nearby. The condo is well situated, about a mile and a half from the center of the city.We spent two months at Mario‘s condo and would highly recommend it! The facility was a great place to stay. Close to everything that I wanted to see. The only thing I can suggest is a better accommodation to hang clothes like shirts, pants etc.

Cristin and Steve were promptly responsive to a last minute booking as our previous Airbnb booking had been cancelled by that host. We appreciated their kind communications. The condo was beautiful, sparkling clean and incredibly well equipped. We have zero complaints and would be happy to stay there again. Thank you Cristin & Steve for accommodating a wonderful stay!
