For starters Brittany was amazing! She was fast with responses and super sweet! We drove so we got there a little early and she went above and beyond to make sure we got checked into the room as soon as possible! The view was just perfect! The ocean was just steps away from the back door! The room was beautifully clean and ready as soon as we got there! I will for sure be booking our next trip with Brittany! Again, she made everything super easy and that made our stay amazing! Thank you Brittany! No one should think twice about booking her place!

Beautiful townhouse…so peaceful looking out over the bay. We loved the patio! Our son spent hours fishing off of the nice new dock. Amazing pool…one of the largest I have seen in the area. Easy beach access across the street. Beds were super comfortable…loved waking up to the sun on the bay every morning. Kimberly was an amazing host & responded quickly when we had a question. Definitely plan to stay again!

Lovely condo right on the beach with 3 great pools and hot tubs. Was well stocked. When I texted a need, the requested items were delivered immediately. Plenty of space, comfortable bed, and appreciated the beach items. I stay often at Navarre Beach, and this was one of my best rental experiences.

Everything was amazing at this condo!! There were multiple points of security (codes and cameras) to get inside the building and rooms. The beach views were amazing, the pools were clean, the hot tub was perfect...our entire family had a blast!! This was within walking distance of restaurants and shops for touristy type things but also right on the beach with direct access to clean, white sands and family friendly environments all around. We really have no complaints! :)

Beautiful home with all the amenities for our stay. Perfect location in Pensacola with covered porch & pool to enjoy the scenic views and wildlife. Very close to downtown shopping, restaurants and Publix. Donnie was quick to respond to our inquiries. Looking forward to our next visit!

There were so many thoughtful touches and considerations, we felt right at home in this beautiful spot! Very tranquil and well appointed. So much space for our family and friends!

Great place to host 6 Directors for a strategic planning retreat. Can’t control the weather or we would have met outside the entire time on the amazing patio overlooking the bay. We spent as much time in this great space as we could. Rules were simple and straightforward. Amazing kitchen. Came highly recommended and we feel same way after our stay.

Best rental we’ve ever had. Plenty of room, spotless house and right on the water. Our family loved this rental and can’t wait to return. 5 stars all the way.

This beautiful and peaceful place was absolutely perfect! Having your own private beach overlooking the bay was incredible. The home was lovely and we felt right at home. Donna was very responsive to my questions and made excellent recommendations for dinner. It’s a very quiet location, but close enough to drive to the downtown area. We loved staying here and will definitely return in the future.

Kenny's place was amazing! The views, dock, pool - everything was so nice. We were scheduled to go to Clearwater, but were cancelled 2 weeks before arrival (hurricanes, flooding), so we thought our vaca would be ruined. Navarre was an even better location and we were lucky to find Kenny's listing. The house was spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped for our fresh caught meals each night. We'll definitely be back!

Very nice house , well equipped. We can see that this is also a house that the owners enjoy. Very peaceful and relaxing place, access to several beaches in the area and visit Pensacola. Wouldn't hesitate to come back. Thanks again

The property was extremely beautiful and contributed to a memorable stay. The scene was absolutely beautiful and allowed us to take phenomenal photos. The place was well kept and accommodating to our entire party. We would definitely recommend this place and may consider it again if we return to the area. Our stay at April’s beach condo was absolutely fabulous! We loved the adorable space, very neat and clean with an incredible location that’s unbeatable! One of our favorite perks was the view of the Gulf, the community amenities and the extremely easy beach access and walkability. I would recommend her place to anyone without hesitation.

This is a jewel of a rental!! The unit has two bedrooms, two baths, a nice open kitchen/dining/living area and a large covered balcony looking right on bayou. Decorated in a typical airy coastal motif. Clean and nicely provisioned. Lovely water view from all windows and from the ample balcony. We walked down the dock and sat, watching the sunset as ospreys and blue herons flew by. The location within sight of the Main Gate for NAS Pensacola is outstanding for anyone with family on the base or anyone, like us, coming in for a Blue Angels show. The location made it easy to avoid the miles of traffic backup to get on the base for the show. We even had a great view of the practice session the day before the show from the condo’s crow’s nest. You've never been so close to those jets as they skim just above the palms. There is excellent seafood minutes' away in Pensacola itself (we ate at Joey Patti’s 2x this week!), and a dozen more 20 minutes away in Pensacola Beach.

This is our second time staying, and we had an amazing time once again. Beds were comfy and the place matched the description and photos. Quick walk or drive to the beach

This was our second time staying at Tim and Julie’s condo. We loved it so much in June that we drove from Virginia to stay another week. We are checking out today and sad to go. We have already booked for next year as well. Everything is perfect. The central location is GREAT for walking to restaurants and the beach. Our favorite thing about the condo is the beautiful balcony overlooking the bay. The sunsets are amazing. It’s spacious and the perfect setting for a nice dinner. We cooked many meals. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and cookware. In fact, Tim and Julie have thought about most everything to make your trip hassle free. There are beach towels, beach chairs, a kayak and so much more. Showers are equipped with nice smelling shampoo, conditioner and soap. The condo is very clean, quiet and super comfortable. Tim is very responsive to any questions you may have and will guide you through the process each step of the way. I can’t recommend Tim and Julies condo enough.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Kitchen is fully loaded. Everything was clean and decorated nicely. The master bed was so comfortable with nice linen. The views of the bay and personal dock really set the mood. If you’re looking for a nice relaxing vacation that’s on the outskirts of the city life then this is it. It’s a short 5 minute drive across the bridge to get to the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

We had such a great stay here over the weekend! This place is just perfect. Beautiful location - we watched Dolphins from the deck all day long! It’s walkable to a restaurant and gas station, as well as the beach! The main strip is just down the road. We had a minor issue the first day and Olivia was so communicative and handled it immediately! We really appreciated it. She was also super accommodating with a later checkout which we were so thankful for! Would definitely stay again.

Kim was great to work with. Very easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo was very clean and the entire complex was quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. The space wasn't fancy but felt very homey and had everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay with Kim again if we are in the area.

I loved staying here ! The place is decorated so cute; it makes you feel right at home. Traveling with a 2 year old is hard but with the extra kids things available to use in the condo or on the beach were so so helpful! It was a great benefit. I would stay here again :)
