House vacation rentals in Santa Rosa County

the house is beautiful and roomy and well stocked.our teenaged kids really loved the swimming pool.the house is in an ideal location only 5 minute drive to beautiful Navarre beach. there are plenty of stores and grocery stores such as Publix nearby. our host James was very responsive and responded to our questions immediately.we would love to stay here again in near future.

James and Ashley were outstanding in their communication. I have stayed at some amazing places, James and Ashley set the bar to a whole new level. They have everything you need and more, everything is thought of for your convenience. This place was extremely clean, with a big swimming pool and nicely fenced in backyard. Quick access to groceries. Easy in and out.

Jaime was very welcoming and quickly responsive to any of my questions and concerns. Everything in the house, looked just like the pictures. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. I would definitely stay again and recommend this home to others.

This place was absolutely gorgeous! The pictures do not do it justice. As soon as you walk in and see outside the big windows, you have an absolutely gorgeous view of the bay. Kenny was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed and was very good at letting us know when people were coming by to clean the pool and pick up the yard. We saw dolphins every morning, caught all kinds of different fish (with fishing poles that were already at the house), walked across the street to the DG for any additional supplies we needed. It was such a good time! We could not have asked for a better family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet and the place was family oriented. I cannot say enough good things about this place and host. Perfect!

Joey was an outstanding host from start to finish. His hospitality and attention to detail truly set this stay apart. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that he put a lot of thought into making the space welcoming and comfortable. There were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made me feel right at ease. The place itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. It was the perfect getaway spot. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything I needed was readily available. One of the biggest highlights was the pool—it was absolutely amazing. Clean, private, and perfect for lounging or taking a dip to unwind. Joey really went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Communication was quick and helpful, and he made sure I had everything I needed. I’ve stayed in quite a few Airbnbs, and this experience ranks at the top. Beautiful home with tons of comfortable space for your family! Laura was very responsive and the location was perfect for our son’s wedding in downtown Pensacola! They are building a home next to this one but the workers and the new homeowner respected our space and were conscientious to not disrupt our plans. They all even congratulated our family on the wedding!

This is one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in! The hosts truly thought of everything and had nice personal touches throughout the place. From the corn hole to the coffee bar, this place has all you need for a perfect get away! It felt like home away from home, and we loved spending our days at the pool and lounging out back. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The place was just like the pictures and very clean. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Had the Santa Rosa sound beach to myself a great deal of the time. It’s just a lovely place. The only thing I will say is if you’re older or have small children the steps going into the house are very steep. That was the only thing that was a negative. Otherwise so great!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming and well-organized home! The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Me and my husbands stay was amazing, jus right for a couple . it was close to a lot of food places and not even 20mins away drive from the beach , it was very homey and comfortable.

Great stay on a quiet street. Very roomy and a great overall setup. Looks like the photos. Very nice neighbors. Beach only 10-12 min away. Didn’t spent much time out back but the backyard setup is really nice. Very easy check in. Hosts are super responsive and communicative. The beds were OK but were a little squeaky and didn’t seem super sturdy. Kitchen breaker was tripped when we arrived and all the appliances were out. But we found the breaker and turned it on. Seems that the Keurig was the culprit. Overall, I enjoyed the location and would stay again.

This house was perfect for us! We go to Gulf Breeze to visit my mother and brother. Perfect spot not too far from mom's, restaurants, anything! Our puppy had a blast in the backyard and we felt he was safely enclosed! Fantastic home home for a fabulous price! We will definitely book again!

Pamela was awesome! The house was so homey and comfortable. The screened in porch was our favorite and we enjoyed our coffee out there every morning. The air conditioner went out during our stay and Pamela had maintenance out to fix within just a few hours. Check out was also a breeze! We will be back!

We stayed here for our Memorial Day weekend, with our 4 teenage girls. The house was perfect for us, and we felt right at home. Close enough to the beach, without being in the tourist chaos. The host checked in on us after first night, which I felt was a nice thing to do. The mattresses were great! We slept like babies.

Quiet and safe neighborhood, very clean and cozy cottage conveniently located off the main thoroughfare to access Navarre Beach, Gulf Breeze Zoo, Pensacola, etc. Appreciated responsive and accommodating hosts!

We had a wonderful day! Great for a big family! Mom and dad and four kids! The kitchen was great and we loved the screened in porch and the backyard is where we spent most of our time! We will definitely book the house again when we come back and visit! Oh, the master bathroom set up is phenomenal!

This place was amazing for my trip with my best friends and kids .. they had all the amenities we needed for our 1 year old baby we had . It was amazing clean, everything was perfect . We def would recommend it .

It was a dream to stay at this beautiful home! Jaclyn was very sweet and she responded fairly quick!! Everything was super clean and neat and this house really was close to everything!! The beach was only 30 minutes away!! 10/10 recommend staying here!!

LaShawn was very easy to communicate with. I set this up for my stepdaughter & son-in-law for their first anniversary, LaShawn went above and beyond to make sure they had the perfect stay! I can not thank her enough! My husband and I are thinking about booking with her for our trip! Definitely a 10 out 10!!!

My husband and I, along with our 2 pups, were in town visiting family and were extremely happy with this property. It was spotless, and very comfortable. We didn’t cook while we were there but I checked out the kitchen and it was well stocked. The shower was large and had good water pressure… really there was everything we needed!! Thanks again, we will definitely rent this property again!!!
