Vacation rentals with beach access in Santa Rosa County

My parents spend the Thanksgiving holiday in this home. The place was very clean and the view was nice! The host was super nice and the details for checkin and check out were super clear and easy. We will definitely be staying here again!

This little studio was perfect for me, my Mom, and my 3 year old in the cooler November weather. The sandy courtyard and covered carport (with a hot/cold shower!!) were absolutely perfect for him to play with the toys we brought and all of the toys in the bench storage. We also used Navarre Beach Golf Carts, so we easily (and fun!) accessed the public beach down the road. A few days we just cruised and walked the beach, but we also used the seemingly new chairs that were available. It’s an older building, but Jade has done a great job trying to update it. The fridge was a great size (not a college size mini fridge like some places have), and no one was staying above us which gave us privacy and unlimited access to the washer and dryer. Jade responded quickly to all of my messages before and during our stay and gave recommendations when I inquired about golf cart parking. I’d stay with her again!

Place was great and quiet. The host was very responsive for any questions. Very clean and had plenty of room for a couple. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Great place to get away and enjoy Navarre! No frills. Had everything we needed. Kinda tight for our family of 6 but great rate and good location. We enjoyed it! Just a walk across the street to public beach access. Beautiful!! Thankful for Casa Blue Jay. It made it possible for our family to take a beach vacation for Christmas on our 1 income budget. Book it. You won't regret it!

The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to messages. The place was very clean and a short walk to the beach!

Lovely condo right on the beach with 3 great pools and hot tubs. Was well stocked. When I texted a need, the requested items were delivered immediately. Plenty of space, comfortable bed, and appreciated the beach items. I stay often at Navarre Beach, and this was one of my best rental experiences.

This was my second stay here... for good reason. This place is amazing and it was a great stay again. Everything is as described and it's perfect getaway.

Great location, some wear and tear on the house but it's near the ocean and is to be expected. Had a few issues that were resolved in a timely matter. All in all it was a great trip

The private pool was awesome and we loved being so close to the beach.

Our stay was excellent! The place was the size we needed with 2 bedrooms and two baths perfect for two adult couples. We were extremely pleased to find beach chairs, beach towels, and bicycles available. Also available were some DVDs ( mostly children's). The kitchen was more than adequately furnished including very nice dinner and drinkware. Nice coffees and snacks were provided. The only thing we could have used was an ironing board. The short two block walk to the beach was almost as good as direct beach access. The beach can be seen from the front porch. There are two good sized porches on front and back with seating and tables making outdoor lounging, eating, and star gazing very nice. I would recommend this place for two couples or a family of four, but a sofa bed is available for two additional people or children. We were extremely pleased with this property!

Our family was on town for a memorial service. This location was a great place for us to spend this sentimental time with family. Thank you!

This has been one of the best overall experiences I’ve had. I felt relaxed and a sense of lightness the moment I walked in. So beautiful, clean, and open. There was everything I needed in the kitchen and bathroom. Fully stocked and so clean! The host was beyond helpful and very quick to respond. Perfect experience in the most beautiful of areas 💜

Greatly enjoyed our stay at Andrea and Ben’s place. We stayed there as temporary lodging while we searched for a permanent home. Andrea was an excellent communicator, was easily reachable, and quickly followed up. Overall a great stay. Would recommend their place to anyone.

This place is excellent and we’d love to come back. The condo was tastefully decorated without being cluttered. It was clean and well stocked with soaps, dishwasher soap, extra trash bags, and lots of towels. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with extra appliances, utensils, and several pots and pans. The view of the bay was wonderful and the walk to the beach was about 5 minutes with a wagon and little kids. There were even a few kids books, inside toys, and beach toys that my kids loved playing with which was an added bonus. We’ve stayed at several different condos in Baywatch and this is definitely one of the nicer ones. Additionally the exterior was painted and the deck was just replaced which was nice. The patio furniture was very sturdy and comfortable. Jennifer was very responsive - getting back to me with answers to my questions in just a few minutes.

This is our second time staying, and we had an amazing time once again. Beds were comfy and the place matched the description and photos. Quick walk or drive to the beach

Tim was very easy to communicate with and very responsive, the home was very clean ,very homey, beautifully decorated, they made us feel at home ,would definitely recommend staying at their place. Beautiful place. Had everything we needed. Location was close to everything. You cannot beat the view from the unit! Cathy and Stan gave great instructions and were very helpful with questions. Would love to stay there again!

This is our most favorite place to stay so far! Everything you ever need is here, down to beach toys, baking dishes, and good shampoo. The space looks exactly like the pictures and the beds were incredibly comfy (those sheets are fab). We had actually stayed elsewhere the few days before and were elated to walk into this space where we immediately felt more comfortable than ever. We spent Christmas here with our Navy Sailor and we all had a lot of fun. Having every amenity was such a treat. You don't realize how bad you need a washer and dryer until your kids are covered in sand every day. The private dock and sunsets were beautiful. Mom & Dad plan to come back on their own for a solo trip and we will be booking with Sonia again! Thank you for the perfect placed to spend Christmas.

We had a wonderful vacation and the condo was wonderful! The views were beautiful and the perfect location. The condo was just as pictured and had everything we needed. Anne always responded promptly and was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Kim was great to work with. Very easy to contact and quick to respond. The condo was very clean and the entire complex was quiet which was exactly what we were looking for. The space wasn't fancy but felt very homey and had everything we needed for the weekend. Will definitely stay with Kim again if we are in the area.

Great place! Very well kept and clean, exactly like the pictures! Can walk right out to the beach and very close to a lot of amenities. The host was very responsive to our needs of finding the parking passes and let us know of local things going on in the area while we were there. The only problem we ran into I think was it gets a bit hot in the bedroom on the left side, even with the ac turned down, but other than that we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us!
