Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Rosa County

The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, but still tucked away enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Our host was incredibly responsive, and helpful with recommendations. You can tell they put a lot of care into making the space welcoming for guests. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, beach gear, and a well-stocked kitchen. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting the area. I would and will absolutely book again!

We highly recommend the Palace. Beautiful area with lots of trees and parks within walking distance. The apartment was very clean with stylish decor. Kitchen is fully equipped with space for meal preparation. The neighborhood felt safe. It is in a good location with lots of entertainment and restaurants close by. Looking forward to staying here again.

Very happy with this stay. We like to spend most of our time shopping and dining in Pensacola but we prefer the beaches in Navarre, so Gulf Breeze is the perfect. If you’re looking for a cutesy, professionally decorated place, this ain’t for you. If you do, however, want CLEAN, convenient to everything, cold a/c, and an easily-accessible place to sleep and shower, this is it. Daniel was responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again, if available when we come back.

Exactly as pictured! The space is fantastic and, honestly, goals for downtown close living. Literally the only downside is that you can most definitely hear the neighbors. HOWEVER, anyone that has lived in an older home knows that sound travels. This place is a 11/10 for sure.

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend! Nelson is a great host, the house was perfect, and the location was so convenient to everything we did. We can’t wait to book this house again!

Beautiful home! Very clean and neat! Everything offered in description is exactly what you will find with this home! Can get noisey at night but ear plugs and sound machines are provided! Didn't bother us too much during our visit though! Maria is very responsive to messages and willing to go above and beyond for her guest! Definitely will stay here again!!

I went to Lee’s house primarily to see the Blue Angels practice. The house was great. Very clean, with everything you need on a stay. I appreciated the fact she accepts dogs so I was able to bring mine with me not having to use Rover. He enjoyed the fenced back yard. Thanks, Lee!

This house was perfect for us! We go to Gulf Breeze to visit my mother and brother. Perfect spot not too far from mom's, restaurants, anything! Our puppy had a blast in the backyard and we felt he was safely enclosed! Fantastic home home for a fabulous price! We will definitely book again!

We arrived late at night and she had someone keep the porch and kitchen lights on for when we arrived. In between two great beaches and had a nice local food truck area as well. Her place was exactly like the photos and in a quiet area. Worth every penny and would definitely stay again in the future !

We stayed here for our Memorial Day weekend, with our 4 teenage girls. The house was perfect for us, and we felt right at home. Close enough to the beach, without being in the tourist chaos. The host checked in on us after first night, which I felt was a nice thing to do. The mattresses were great! We slept like babies.

This was our first trip in Navarre and the house was the perfect spot for us. We loved the convenience of it being close to the beach, stores, restaurants. We loved the privacy of the fenced in back yard and the pool in the back yard. Brooke and Hilary were very helpful with their quick responses anytime we had a question or reached out to them. We will definitely be coming back for future vacations!

We can’t say enough good things about LEISURE AWAITS!! The house was so warm and welcoming! We felt right at home for the entire trip! It was decorated beautifully and had lots of amenities! The master bathroom looked like it belonged in a 5-Star spa! The double shower was amazing! The patio was gorgeous as well! With a nice fire pit and decorative lighting! And lastly, the kids enjoyed the game setup in the garage!! We also used some of the beach stuff like umbrella, sand castle toys, chairs, etc. That was very convenient having that on hand! Such a thoughtful setup! I’m saving this listing because we WILL be staying here again in the future if it’s available!! Thanks again for opening your home to my family! This was my first time using Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was spotless, incredibly spacious, and felt brand new. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with all the essentials—fresh towels, thoughtful touches, and even private parking. The location was perfect: in a quiet neighborhood, close to great restaurants, about 20 minutes from Pensacola Beach, and just an hour from Destin. The host was wonderful—very kind, responsive, and easy to reach through the Airbnb app. She made me feel welcome and was super helpful throughout my stay. Everything about my experience was perfect. I’ll definitely book this place again the next time I visit Pensacola Beach, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and convenient stay!

Victoria's place was very easy to find and it was a short and easy drive to the beach. The condo was spotless and very clean. She had everything you could need for a beach trip and then some.

Mike is the best host I have dealt with. checking in on us to see if everything was OK, did we need anything etc. the place was perfect for a couple. quiet. right across the street from the beach. we couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to this area. thank you Mike!!!

Our family enjoyed the stay and accommodations. Everything was there that was needed to enjoy our time at the beach. Proximity to public beach parking was easy or if you wanted to walk that was easy too. Room was quiet with little to no outside noise to disturb you through the night.

Sharon’s place was perfect for my in-laws. So close to the beach and the pond and pool at the condo were such a great bonus!

This was the perfect place for a long weekend - close to both Pensacola and Navarre beaches and restaurants. The condo was clean, the bed was super comfy, and Rick and Yvonne have gone out of their way with making sure you have all you need in the condo. We were also pleasantly surprised at how quiet and peaceful the condo and cute porch area were. Rick and Yvonne were wonderful communicators and always quick to answer questions. I highly recommend and look forward to hopefully visiting again in the future!

Great location and close to everything we needed. Awesome little private beach on the sound side, perfect for our little kids. Place was very clean, comfortable secure. We are already discussing a return visit!
