Vacation rentals with a patio in Santa Croce, Florence

As described in the announcement. The house is very nice, nice, clean… The area is very quiet and with quick access to the train. Perfect for families. Marco is attentive to any questions. If I were to return to Florence I would repeat for sure.

Good place, matched expectations very well! It's perfectly located right by the train station, a 4 minute walk. From there just drop your bags and begin your exploration of historic Florcence!

One of my favourite Airbnb's that we've ever stayed at. It was perfect - clean, beautiful, spacious, gorgeous - I'm counting down the days until our next trip so that we can stay here again.

Laura was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions prior and during my stay which helped me make the most out of my trip. The appartment was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views.

Patrizia was extremely flexible with our arrival. she waited for us at the place and gave us a detailed explanation. how everything worked perfect, there was no need to contact her later.

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

This is my favorite place to stay in Florence! Always affordable, close to public transportation, and the host communicates very well. Thank you so much!

Perfect stay in Leonardo's beautiful house. I highly recommend it to all travelers in Florence. The house is beautiful and the garden and the pool are extraordinary. Leonardo is extremely attentive and very kind. To be recommended absolutely.

Beautiful rural location but really close to town which is perfect. The pool was great and the views were fabulous. Silvia was really helpful. The accommodation lacks a settee and would benefit from more storage for food but these are minor points and I would highly recommend it.

Very nice house in the suburbs of Florence in a quiet and peaceful area, possibility of parking by car in front of the house.

We enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place, which was fully equipped with everything you need. We appreciated the responsiveness and help with everything we needed. The property is slightly dated but I noticed this was a trend in the local area, nevertheless, it was very homely and nostalgic. Thank you again Tom.

The accommodation is very well presented, beautifully located in the Rural Tuscan landscape amongst nature yet only a short commute to Florence. Facilities are ideal. AC, One double bedroom with en-suite a second large bedroom, bathroom, lounge, dining area and kitchen. Outdoor dining area. We love our coffee and the kitchen came equipped with a wonderful coffee machine that uses tea-bag like pods (few supplied) that makes extraordinary espresso. ❤️ Outside the terrace has wonderful views over a Tuscan valley. The pool is ideal and salt water which we love. Perfect for outdoor living too. To get to Florence is a breeze. Driving just 10 minutes to Lastra a Signa train station (loads of free parking); then a couple of Euros and two stops on the train later you emerge in the heart of Florence, a short walk away from the city attractions. Giulia is a very courteous host. Upon arrival, he explained how to best use the house, the appliances and showed us what to find nearby such as shops and food. He gave us clear directions to public transport and how to get to the center of Florence. Check-in and check-out without any problems. Quiet house, surrounded by greenery and ideal for small and medium-sized animals. It also has a place for them and it has bowls of food and water ready for use. A very relaxing vacation and within walking distance of the center and a stone's throw from Chiantishire. Fantastic.

My family and I stayed in early November. Wonderful apartment overlooking the dome of Santa Maria. A beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast, 3 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Big fridge. Lots of greens. Perfect for two families or one big like ours. Highly recommend

Nice place, quiet, but just on the edge of the historic area. It is up 4 flights of stairs, so be prepared for that

It was exactly as shown in the photos, and rather, the amenities and supplies were better than described. The accommodation was very refreshing, not an old building, and the host's sense stood out everywhere. It was very comfortable to have everything without utensils or cooking utensils. It was a 10-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella Station, so it was easy to get around. The location of the accommodation was very quiet because it was a residential area, and it was tidy nearby. There is a Carp Express Mart in the alley across the street, so I used it very well. There is a tabaki that opens from dawn right next to a block, so it was good to buy coffee or croissants. I was so satisfied that I wondered how the accommodation was this good for this amount. It was such a satisfying accommodation that I wanted to bring my mom or other family back next time. However, it takes about 20 minutes to walk from the center, so if you take that into account, it's a perfect accommodation!

All the benefits of an Airbnb with the added feel of staying in a hotel. We were greeted at the main entrance and helped upstairs. The elevator was great to take our luggage up. They have a space dedicated for checkin and supplies. Even offering to daily restock our coffee pods. Our room looked like it was just remodeled. A huge bedroom space and large bathroom with two sinks and plenty of space to wash our clothes. They also had a dryer which is rare in Europe. The location was perfect, easy to get to from the train station and minutes away from the main market and main plazas to visit. We’d definitely consider staying again on a future visit.

We enjoyed our stay! Deanna is a nice host who communicates proactively and is very friendly. She waited for us herself to let us in and gave us lots of tips on the area including 3 great restaurants on the street of the apartment. Those restaurants were great value for money! Apartment is within walking distance of the historic city center, a 10-minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio, a 10-minute walk from the station. It is located in a quiet street but still close to everything. Shop and bakery are a 5-min. walk. Very nice courtyard garden where we had breakfast every morning thanks to the high temperatures for the time of year. If we visit Florence again, we will definitely come back here! Thank you Deanna!

What can I say? If I had to return to beautiful Florence, I would be safe: house not very large but with everything and also suitable for hosting a family with two little ones of 17 months. Responsive owner and immediately ready to listen and provide in case of minor shortcomings! Really satisfied! 5 stars and praises
